Cold food every time I go to Wendy's also the buns aren't toasted. I stood for 6 minutes looking at a free staff member talking and when they decided to take my order they said hold on they gave me old cold nuggets in my biggie bag and a cold double stack and the coke needed more syrup I am disappointed bring back the 80$ where the food was great I miss Dave.

I really can't understand how people come to work with such a stank attitude. I ordered 2 fish sandwiched, and 1 was without cheese. The other sandwiche was without tomatoes. The sandwiches had everything on them. The fish was overcooked that it was forming another shape. I took it back and they didn't want to return my money.
I will stay away from fast food restaurants,They are rude ,disrespectful,.

I recently stopped by Wendy’s for fries and a drink, and I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The restaurant was clean, the food was spot on, and the service was outstanding—especially from Kimaya. Her efficiency, genuine friendliness, and natural ability to handle her responsibilities shone through. Wendy’s truly demonstrates its potential through dedicated employees like Kimaya. Highly recommended!

I stopped to get food before heading into the hospital to sit all night with loved ones.. I didn't receive my nuggets. The fries were horrible. One sandwich cold as could be. I called to see if they could give me a refund over the phone for my nuggets or something. I was not goin back to Wendy's was already in the hospital. She just said to come back and get new food.. that's not what I wanted to do... I also know plenty people call for credits of free food I didn't want that. I just wanted my 5 dollars back on my card for the nuggets. But it's always something when u go to Wendy's anymore. No matter which location.

I am very appreciative for this particular Wendy's & specifically their teammates Beck, Laura & Dylan.

it was lunch time & a member of my team offered to get us all Wendy's down the street from the hospital we were working at, everyone wrote their orders down & by her words she said the drive thru was moving smoothly, so it wasn't long before she was back & everyone had their meals,

unfortunately there was a slight mix up, I accidentally received someone else's order & we could only assume because of the lunch rush, the workers at Wendy were already working hard & we didn't blame them one bit,

I called back, explained the issue to our friend Beck over the phone & she was quickly able to offer a solution - when I arrived, Laura & Dylan heard my concern, verified with their team leader & quickly remade my order so that I could eat.

the reason why I'm so thankful, is because without my order being remade in time (& I also used the last bit of cash I had on hand) my blood sugar would have dropped as time passed & I would have passed out/collapsed until I was able to bring my levels back up.

they were all so kind to me & because I was able to get my order remade quick, hot, & fresh, I was able to avoid another accidental trip to the Emergency Room lol

thank you friends, y'all truly helped make my day :)

My Husband just left, trying to get us breakfast. He only had cash, he was told he could only use the kiosk inside this location. They refused to his order. They said it was nothing they could do. So since he only had cash, he could NOT purchase any food from this location. Or maybe they just refuse service to brown people….

The old guy behind the counter needs to not be in customer service… yelled at me with a smile is still yelling he made my girl cry. The staff at my work are scared to go inside because of Mr Ronald. Don’t fire him just keep him far far far away from customer service
