Every time I go here I get asked to wait in the mobile order parking spot because there's 3 people waiting in front of the 2 window for their food. The first window is never open. 20-30 minute wait for a drive-thru

It pisses me off when Wendy's closes its dining room. Not everyone can go through the drive-thru since not everyone has a car. Short-staffed? That's management's fault, not the crew. Plus they screwed up my order: another thing that's easily fixed with dine-in and a headache with drive-thru.

The lack of privacy! Omg and the complete rudness of the staff at this location is absolutely disgusting.
I planned on eating. Needed to use the restroom. The woman's was locked assumed that someone was in there as I didn't know they locked that bathrooms at this location. I needed to go I used the men's as it was unlocked.

Next thing I know without anyone knocking is that a staff member and a guest and unlocking the door and just coming in the restroom while I'm using it! How embarrassing to say the least. You would think it would be protocol before unlocking any bathroom door to KNOCK!!!! JUST IN CASE!

I never even got a sorry or anything, even when coming out of the bathroom and attempting to have a conversation with the staff about the situation

I feel very violated for my privacy

Considering we arrived 30 minutes before closing late last night. The drive-thru attendant was gracious and helpful. She politely informed out of what was available and what was not due to the hour. We were so grateful to get something to eat, especially after being at the hospital for six hours. Thank you so much!

This Wendy’s has gotten a lot better over the past couple years. Especially service. Employees are more professional, they smile and aren't rude.
Although; I came in today. Got a jr bacon cheeseburger and I didn’t realize until I got home that I didn’t get my lettuce tomato and mayo on it. Not sure what that was about. But other than that it was good!

Most garbage service I've had in a while. I speak no hyperbole when I say, you could go out, grill a burger yourself, come back, and they still wouldn't have your order complete.

I didn't know that placing orders through the drive through had a time frame.. This particular Wendy's told me that I should have come inside to place my order.. Really ? All I needed was 8- $5.00 BIGGIE BAGS , that were wrong along with the drinks. If no stars were an option, that's what I would have rated this particular Wendy's.
