Rude workers. Mad at their job. Why work in a service job if you hate serving people? When I pulled up at the drive thru the lady was rude from the start. Why lady? Why? Greasy peasy.

I got norovius food poisoning from here on Jan 31st 2025 lunch at 1:30. On the second day Feb 1st, I start to develop light coughing, headache, fever. At night, fever went worse and had vomiting. After a whole night struggling, Im recovered this morning on Feb 2nd.

I literally got the worst food poisoning ever. Threw up almost 10 times within the span of 14 hours. My burger was frozen so i bit into a block, my fries were soaking wet. My frosty was nowhere to be found. Worst experience ever.đguy i had to miss 3 of my college lectures because of how bad the food poisoning wadđbsffr

Went to drive thru 1st thing this am. Order bacon & egg biscuit, no cheese & hash browns. Biscuit had cheese on it & potatoes were old & not hot. Speaker not working so you had to pull to window & I was made to wait while the person at window played with headset. Why are playing with headset when speaker not working!!

4 days in a row, you forgot half my items? How? I ordered from doordash, they don't go to the restaurant close to me, they pick my food up from the wendys in another state where everybody in the hood works, that's the problem. My wendys people know how to read. They never mess up my food. I don't want my stuff delivered from this hood wendys anymore. One day, when you get old and have to rely on services to eat, and you don't get your stuff you overpay for, maybe you'll realize you shouldn't of messed up. You all need a better job, judging from the reviews I'm not lying

I tried to get a frosty and the guy with short hair and lots of different colors in his hair said the machine was down when other customers had them and he started laughing which kind of made me sad because the Frosty wasnât even for me. It was for my pregnant girlfriend. I wonât be returning staff needs to work on customer Service

Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff. They are foul-mouthed and disrespectful to customers and each other.
I ordered online and went to the drive-thru where they told me I had to come inside to pick up before 10pm... Never heard of that before but okay, Iasked if I could cancel the order, I could not, so I left my wife and infant son in the parking lot in a bad neighborhood.
They kept me waiting at the counter for 20 minutes while I watched many cars pass by the drive-thru, and I could have been on my way already if I hadn't used the app.
When the cashier finally offered me a drink "while I wait" as she is packing up my food, I told her, "No, I just want to get this food to my waiting wife and crying son." And her response was just "Nah my fault, nah my fault." No apology for the wait... just disgraceful.
