First off the 3rd shift was smoke and rolling weed.in the store on May 25 at 2:38am guy in a pink shirt long sleeve and the manager guy with dreads was both rolling weed and the store smell like a stall full or weed and from 2:30 to 3 am only served 4 cars and the rest of the cars was in park the whole time

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s. I sat at the drive-thru speaker for over 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Complete silence. It was the middle of the day and there were no signs saying they were closed.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a national brand. I ended up leaving without ordering, extremely frustrated.

Depending on who is working the drive thru, you may be greeted pleasantly or you may encounter someone who clearly doesn't want to be there. Multiple times my breakfast sandwich will be MISSING THE MEAT! Aim a little higher employees. Customer service is your job.

If I could give NO stars I would! customer service is horrible! Ask for a number the lady kept repeating the wrong order when we got louder she said don’t yell at me, first off if you can’t hear then I’m going to get louder because you acting like you can’t hear what I’m ordering! This place unprofessional and need to be shut down.

Service was horrible from the time I entered the restaurant and when I left. There's a black female Cashier with braces named (Niasia) that needs a serious attitude adjustment and another job that doesn't involve customer service. If you're having a bad day and don't know how to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, QUIT! A female manager there was dumbfounded and nonchalant about the situation. My food was not fresh and I believe the older black male that prepared my food gave me an old spicy chicken filet as retaliation. The only thing this cashier did correct was having the condiments and napkins in my bag. By the way, aside from one of my side hustles in food delivery, you never know whom you'll meet and I'm also a Secret Shopper. I've already reported this cashier's behavior to the Wendy's corporate office.

This Wendy's has some of the nicest people. They almost never get anything wrong.
Edit: It's been a few years since my previous review. I don't know what has changed here, perhaps management. ALWAYS check your order! It is CONSTANTLY wrong. The food quality is awful. We stopped going to this location. And made the mistake of going today in hopes that things had gone back to normal. It's worse than ever. We got the wrong burgers. And they were still not made normal. The drinks were even wrong. I tried to call to correct the issue and even the phone number is incorrect! Don't bother calling the number listed. It doesn't go to Wendy's. Also. The inside was shut down during covid. Then it wad reopened for a little while. Only to be closed again. Never to be reopened.
