The last 2 times I tried to get food from this Wendy's, it didn't happen. Last week I went in the drive thru line, and left after 10 minutes of not moving up at all. Today I went inside to order. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order (no one else was in line to order), only to be told that if I was paying with a card, I had to go through the drive thru. No thanks, I've wasted enough time here already and won't be back.

Walked in the dinning room to place a carry out order. Then only to be told they can’t take my order. The employee told me they are short on help. If I want to place an order , I need to go to the drive thru.

I ordered for 3 people. I had to wait to give my order and a wait for our food. I was the only one in the drive thru and 1 car was in the parking lot. SOOO slow. When I pulled up to pay, the manager and an employee were pulling pranks on each other. I asked for straws and was told by the manager they where in the bag as he went right back to ranking his employee. Not only did we not have straws, I also didn't get a spoon for my chilli. So 2.5 hours later when I got home I was able to eat cold Chilli. The manager has no business being in charge. Not worth the risk, stay away.

It was okay. Normally good. Was disappointed in Baconator fries, I thought it had cheese sauce on them not just shredded cheese and three tiny pieces of bacon. For the amount of fries they give should be more toppings. I should've taken a picture.

I never leave reviews for fast food but I went there on my lunch break today around 1:30 and it was so terrible I had to say something.

I ordered a crispy chicken ranch wrap and a small fry. What I got was a grilled chicken wrap, chicken was cold, dry, and chewy like it had been sitting out for hours. Wrap was falling apart, had to put it back together like 10 times. Barely any ranch. Fries were cold and barely salted. Hoping I don’t feel sick later. So disappointing and a waste of money
