They had good food but then I went there to the Eastgate Wendy's and saw a Wendy's female worker with there hand down there pants in the parking lot in plain sight and it made me wanna throw up so I just left instead of getting food. Like come on Eastgate Wendy's do better because that's gross and not okay at all in all aspects of life.

My order was totally wrong and the food was just, "meh." This chain has really gone down in quality since Dave Thomas died. Not just this location but all the restaurants.

Three times in a row now I’ve come during regular business hours, there’s employees in the building, but they will not take my order. I think they just sit on the clock and don’t take orders so they don’t have to do any work. It’s annoying. I always end up needing to go to the Batavia location… end that location is much better every time. I’m just going there from now on.

This restaurant is never open. Every time we go to the drive through their “go-to” answer is: “we are closed due to staffing”. We look and there are multiple cars in the parking lot. Employees are clearly in the building and don’t want to work.

It seems like closing the dining room door at 4pm and then making food to order would cause your store to hemorrhage money. I dont know how it's able to stay open

It's 8:10 on a Friday when I pull up. No car at the window and no other cars in the drive thru. No one comes to take my order until 8:26. Ok, cool maybe they're cleaning, I go to order and am told 10 minute wait on nuggets, 13 minutes ok a chicken sandwich, now if I hadn't sat in a drive thru with no other customers, I would have waited, if they were busy I would've waited. No excuse and they're consistently bad. It isn't the first time it's happened either. Went right down the street to another Wendy's and they were on it. Don't waste your time here. Hit the one next to Jeff Wyler, they actually care.

Restraunt says online they close at 10, was there at 9:45 and the lights were on and the drive through appeared open. After waiting for 5 minutes I pull up to the window to ask if they are closed where 2 of the rudest girls ever are standing by the takeout window. I asked if they were closed and they wouldn't even look at me or open the window to say anything like "sorry we closed early tonight". I suggested they turn off the lights so people don't waste there time like I did sitting in the drive through and they just ignored me. It was the strangest most rude experience ever.

ZERO STARS. Worst Wendy’s in the country. Messed my entire order up the last three times I’ve been there, in a row. Trained monkeys could provide better and more accurate service, no offense to monkeys for comparing them to the idiots that work at this Wendy’s. Fries are always cold and soggy, buns are stale, food in general is cold and old. I will never go there again and neither should anyone else…if you do…CHECK YOUR ORDER - CHECK YOUR ORDER - CHECK YOUR ORDER (like open the wrapper and everything).

This location suffers from a lazy manager. It's been going on for over a year now. When are they gonna fix it? Store is usually dirty, food is usually cold and gross. This past week I placed a order through the app for pick up. The people kept cancelling our order out of sheer laziness, the store was empty. It was a $36 would have taken 5 minutes to prepare. Finally after them cancelling the order twice, we decided we'd get a pizza because the manager is so nasty and lazy. I thought restaurants liked making money. Seems very counter productive to have a manager who won't make sure your restaurant is clean or sell your food but who surely doesn't forget payday.

I ordered on the app that told me to proceed to the inside of the store to pick up my order. I walked from my hotel next door. The doors to the lobby were locked at 8:30 and 3 employees were in the lobby sitting at a table on their phones. I knocked and a blonde kid came to the door and told me to go to the drive through window to pick up my order. I was then told that I couldn’t pick up my order because I wasn’t in a car. I explained that I already paid and was walking from the hotel next door. The blonde kid said “people try that one all the time.” I was appalled that I was being treated like I did something wrong for following the instructions on the app. I have contacted my credit card issuer to charge back the order that they refused to let me pick up or to refund. The poor management of this location is why the sales are so low. Sadly it will probably be blamed on declining traffic at the mall next door.

Slow, fries look like they are copper up. Stale bun's and the meat was burnt. Usually Wendy's is good, however steer clear of this location!!!

This Wendys i terrible the fries were Cold and so was my burger and the bun was stale..i will never go there agin
