Generally I like Wendy's but the beechmont restaurant by Gabe's has repeatedly given me cold food regardless of time of day and busy or slow. Do better

We love coming later at night and the food is always delicious. We especially love when Joyce takes our order as she is always so helpful and understands everything that we want. When she gives us her order, she is always cheerful and makes us feel like VIP customers. It's so nice that she's so sweet even when it's late at night.

Worst Wendy's location in Cincinnati they consistently ruin every order no matter what it is, in some unique and fun way. Cold burgers, stale bun, chewy uncooked bacon rolled into balls. Inedible

Large piece of white plastic in my frosty, might have swallowed a smaller pieces before I noticed this big chunk of plastic and threw the rest away.

I am fed up I've worked here before I can do this job so easily. I'll never go to this location again. I am at the point where I am going to through this food in whoever made face. Learn to make a damn potato .I've never been so mad. I've not had a single thing made right. I'm done waisting money, time, and my patience. Someone needs to be fired. When I say you put cheese on a hamburger. Can't make a damn potato at all nuggets are nasty left out not fresh. This is the worst review I've ever had from Wendy's. It's constantly now.

Food is Wendy's classic food. Service at this location is hit or miss. Might have someone friendly at the drive through, but mostly have people who could care less if you're there or not even when not busy at all. Have left questioning why I return...convenience, maybe?

I normally go to this location because its within walking distance of my job and the service and food quality is normally great. I am certified trained chef that knows about the safety and quality of restaurants. But somehow today I received a meal with hair in my burger. I return burger to location to see that its mostly women with long hair with no hair nets. I ask for manager to show proof of hair in my meal, they offer me new meal but considering most of the women have long hair with no hair nets whats not stopping it from happening again. I ask for a refund and manager says they cant authorize a refund. To me personally coming from the background of being in an establishment where food safety is top priority, doesn’t feel like they were following food safety precautions. Families bring their family to your restaurant to enjoy a hairless meal. I hope this location goes back to the quality food they have always been serving.
