I've been getting the jr bacon biggie bag since Wendy's introduced it always with a small Frosty instead of a drink. Today I came to this Wendy's and was denied this.
I've literally been getting it this way for years across many different locations and states. Many of them most likely franchised. The manager said they are privately owned and do not do it here. I was going to get the Frosty BOO books as well today. Why carry the Wendy's brand name if you cannot keep consistency in the brand throughout the different locations? Very bad business. Skip this location if you're near here. They don't care about you.

Whosever idea it was to have the automatic message in the drive through say “we are ready to take your order you’re when ready” should know it is off putting. Does not give me the confidence to start my order and just feels awkward. I would like the real person taking my order to let me know when they are ready.
At least the volume has been set to a reasonable level after it being so ear bleeding loud for so long.

Best Wendy’s on the Westside. Food is always consistently good. Staff is always friendly and quick. My order is always correct. No complaints there, just the, I’m assuming, management’s choice for that annoying message.

I place a mobile order today for carry out and when I went to pick up the order all the doors were locked and we went through the drive through and felt like we were an inconvenience as soon as I get home I check my order and I order 2 six piece chicken nuggets and only got 3 nuggets in each and approximately 5 fries in my medium fry box

Food is okay, but word of advice to the blonde girl working drive thru, if you're not going to say a single word, and ignore us, even after telling you to have a good day. At least make sure our order is right, so we don't have to go back in and grab the already made large fry in the other bag you completely forgot to grab as well. Pay attention, and communicate not just with customers but also your team members. I understand mistakes happen, but if you weren't a rude person maybe people would be more understanding. Glad the other dude had it ready for us when we went in.
