Food is okay, but word of advice to the blonde girl working drive thru, if you're not going to say a single word, and ignore us, even after telling you to have a good day. At least make sure our order is right, so we don't have to go back in and grab the already made large fry in the other bag you completely forgot to grab as well. Pay attention, and communicate not just with customers but also your team members. I understand mistakes happen, but if you weren't a rude person maybe people would be more understanding. Glad the other dude had it ready for us when we went in.

The last five times that I visited this particular Wendy's restaurant , My experience was terrible with the staff and the accuracy of my order. One time when I was at the drive-thru window and placed an order I was told that I would have to pull up and wait and when I asked how long do they think it would be? The young lady told me I don't know just pull up. Since that time I have ordered through the mobile app and the accuracy of my order once I picked it up was terrible and the quality of the salad that I received which was a Cobb salad was wilted and terrible, there wasn't very much lettuce in the salad and the lettuce that was in there was wilted and kind of brown colored. I was scared to eat it for fear of salmonella poisoning. Since that time I've ordered through the mobile app two times for breakfast and both times the order was incorrect and when I called about it they said we could take your name and replace it when you come in but they would not send it back out for delivery. I paid for delivery of food that was not what I ordered so why should you not send it back out to me in delivery, just last night I ordered dinner from this particular Wendy's and the food was inaccurate as well as the drinks. I paid for medium sized drinks and they sent me small drinks, when I call down there about it I was told that they were out of lids for medium and large drinks. But I was still charged for a medium drink and did not get three medium drinks as I paid for. I ordered a biggie bag with a bacon double stacker, no cheese and what I got was just a double stacker with nothing on it, I also ordered two Dave's doubles with everything except cheese and I received one Dave's double with everything and one Dave single but I paid for doubles. I think that you should be able to choose the Wendy's restaurant that your food comes from when you're using a mobile app for delivery. Thus I would not choose this one if I could. From now on when I'm ordering delivery it won't be from Wendy's through the mobile app. I have called this store and spoke with management on numerous occasions and all they say is we will take your name and replace the order, at what point do you start making sure orders are right as opposed to being rude to people on the phone, if I wanted to drive up there I would have never placed the order for delivery to begin with. I believe that management needs to be retrained as well as staff or replaced because the group of folks that are there now are some of the rudest people.

I Love the Wendy's on Harrison Ave, I for the most part go through Drive thru to get always my usual Bacon Cheesburger and McChicken plus my Lemonade special. The Team that works the drive are so kind very polite and always does great job including the staff. Thank You Wendy's on Harrison Ave see you soon. Andy

A young employee used the bathroom stall and then went directly to the kitchen without washing his hands while I was in the men's restroom. I won't be back, this is disgusting!
