Didn't get my burger right. Gave my dad a Fanta instead of a coke. Only gave 1 straw (family of 4) NO barbecue sauce when we dilebratley asked for some. Something on my moms coke. Little sister didn't get a toy in happy meal (she was looking forward to that) Terrible...just terrible. If I could do zero stars I would.

Night shift crew, yall should be embarrassed about the condition of the food you're selling. The only thing that was good was my drink. Everything else was old and dehydrated, like my fries (very dry, like almost hard), and nuggets were hard, but yall had them swimming in the sauce, hoping they would soften up or something. Never will I ever come to this location again.

My order was incorrect. The cashier was nice. However, it was rung up wrong and therefore not able to eat it when I got home. I never had to check b4 if clearly stated KETCHUP and tomato only. But received mayoinstead of ketchup. I didn't even know that came on the sandwich and don't eat mayo to even say it. $12.43 waisted money. Called and got the voicemail. Left my name and phone#. That was 11/12. 3 days later and still haven't heard anything. I would like my money back. That was gross to just look at. I threw it away. I will try calling them again.

If possible, I'd give zero stars!! Living in Colerain for two years, I've had constant issues with this location. Customer service and food quality are abysmal. Wait times are ridiculously long, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. Today's experience was the most unprofessional I've encountered. Customer service principles seem to be ignored. I ordered at 5:36, requesting fresh food, but foolishly trusted them. Some staff members care, while others lack enthusiasm. The second shift needs a complete revamp. Customer service is essentially absent. This location merits closure. Reviewers share my sentiment. As a fast food establishment, serving basic items shouldn't take an hour. I'll never go back and will contact the general manager and corporate office.

I sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes That's not an exaggeration that is literally to the minute of how long I sat in their drive through The heavy set lady in the drive-thru taking orders wearing a pink jacket was slow literally just standing there barely doing any work and when she did take money or anything else she had an attitude doing it she hates her job apparently because she is very very rude and definitely not people person she should be in the back of the house not in the drive-thru it is literally one of the worst Wendy's I ever went to I got a cinnabon with extra icing my cinnabon was cold and it had a blob of cold icing on top of it that was not melted and did not melt over my cinnabon I had the microwave it when I got home literally the worst experience I ever had at Wendy's......

I will go anywhere else next time than here. I went through the drive-thru, and they literally were only dealing with one person at a time from the start of ordering until you had your food in hand and was pulling away from the window. There were only 2 cars in front of me, but it took 20 minutes to get through the line. I expected to only see one or two people working, but when I got to the window, I counted at least 5. As far as the food goes, if you've had Wendy's, you know what you're getting.

Went to the drive thru around 8:35pm, and as soon as I got to the speaker, I was told everything they were out of. Meat ,tomatoes, fries, and some other things I can't remember. All I wanted was two pineapple frostys. They were 3.19 a piece, which came to over 7.00. There is a picture below. They might be 10 or 8 ounces. Those were medium-sized. I was very disappointed with spending that much for so little. If you noticed all the pineapples are at the bottom. Don't know what happened to Wendy's, but I will be visiting a different restaurant from now on.

Horrible ... I ordered a #1 Dave's Single combo , the young girl at the window was rushing us ..that question "what else" is like nails on a chalk board , then we pull up ,she had her hand out for our payment didn't greet us , gave card back , reached back got our food and handed it out and closed the window ..WHATTTTTTTT.. my kids held me back from going through that window , I get home AND my sandwich looked like a white castle burger , I tried calling over and over and no answer ..I'll be up there first thing tomorrow, NEVER AGAIN.. these young folk need manners ‼️‼️
