Worst Wendy's I've ever been to manager does not know how to count out change got my whole order wrong after the past for my receipt the manager going to tell me I can't have it because she don't want me to complain this is 3:45 in the afternoon the rgm really needs to hear about this

I have never been so disrespected at a fast food restaurant in my life. I went through the drive-thru, specifically asked for no tomato on my burger, and of course when I got my food, there was tomato on it. Mistakes happen, but when I went back through to get it fixed, the employee at the window was unbelievably rude. Instead of apologizing, she snapped at me saying, “Don’t you know you can just take it off?”

I explained that I have an allergy to tomatoes, and she STILL had an attitude. When I mentioned I also have a texture issue, she practically mocked me. Then she stood there ignoring me and refusing to answer my questions like I wasn’t even there.

This is hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I usually never bother leaving reviews, but the way I was treated was unacceptable and flat-out disgusting. It ruined my entire day. Employees like this should not be working with customers, period.

I will never be back to this Wendy’s again, and I will be telling everyone I know about how horrible this location is. If management cares at all, they seriously need to get their staff under control, because this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Hamburger was dry and over cooked. I asked for a receipt and the excuse was they didn't have paper. My son goes to this one often and never gets a receipt. Why????

Colerain is full of bs fast food with people who just cannot do their jobs. But this was absurd.

Ordered the fuego chicken meal, large, a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nugget and was pulled. The woman had the nerve to come out, hand me the bag and then say “everything's fresh”. My nugget was the coldest nuggets i ever had the fuego fry was not large, not even medium. There wasn’t even any season on them either.

I had to go back inside and get my nuggets and fries remade. THE PLACE WASNT EVEN BUSY AND THEY WERE SLOW.

The manager was very kind and remade the nuggets and the fries properly.

Service is SLOW. My order is ALWAYS wrong. This is unacceptable. Management is rude. I’m just going to stop coming to Wendy’s all together. Y’all need to do better on putting customers first and hiring the right people. Just because they apply DOESN’T mean you have to hire them. And they NEVER answer the phone.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on July 8, 2025. I felt sorry for the employees who were not responsible for the events we experienced. Our visit started with the restaurant's ability to only accept credit cards or exact cash. (No change could be tendered.) Second, their Coke machine was out of most of the flavor additives. Third, they were out of barbeque sauce. And finally, the women's restroom had no toilet paper. I guess I was happy that someone had set out a pack of napkins on top of the toilet paper dispenser but, that meant that half of the paper napkins in the unlined trash can had been used for other than hand drying.

The woman who works closing at this location tonight is so calm and patient no matter what time or night it is she always makes the food fresh and quick I love her service so much we need more people like her 🫶🏼

Worst experience I have ever had at a drive thru! The employee was extremely rude and repeated my order several times incorrectly. I asked to start over and she told me she couldn’t do that & she had my order correct. After proceeding with my order the employee mocked and laughed at me. I had enough and told her that my level of trust in her to make my food had officially diminished. Instead of apologizing she called to another employee and asked for them to take my order. I left and went to another Wendy’s. Management needs to retrain the employees at this location or consider firing some of them. There is absolutely no reason for this type of behavior! I have never had to leave a drive thru window before. This location was always my favorite and the most convenient. This staff member has me going elsewhere. I really hope you can get this location back to what it once was.

I guess everyone forgets where the headset, cash register, and stove are.

Frosty machine is always down and they’re always out of food items. We’ve came several times just to have our whole order shut down. Quite possibly the worst Wendy’s in the tristate and I’ve worked at many of them myself.

Yesterday I bought some nuggets. Only went up down the street and pulled into a parking spot to eat. Cold as hell is Is this what Wendy's is doing now. Selling cold nuggets left over from lunch. HORRIBLE
