Bathroom sinks were gross, neither had soap. Napkins and straws were only behind the counter. Drink machine was dirty. The inside was not maintained at all. The food was ok.

This is the worst fast food place on Colerain Ave. 30 minute wait in drive thru with only 3 cars in front of us. Food was cold when we actually got it and the man at the window was rude no thank you or anything I dont even think he spoke at all just put his hand out for payment.

I placed an order through the Wendy’s app for inside pickup, only to arrive and find the dining room already closed — even though the app clearly says they’re open until 10 PM, and I got there at 9 PM. To make things worse, the drive-thru line was painfully slow, with each car taking around 7 minutes to get their order. It’s frustrating, especially since I had already ordered ahead online. Unfortunately, it’s always a chaotic experience at this location, and today was no different.

We had a great service today! Inside was extremely clean the staff was friendly and everybody smiled. The food came out fresh and hot and tasted good! Manager on duty was Joanne she was fabulous!
Food / orders always correct but staff unfriendly and probably the slowest drive thru around. Day shift only takes 1 car at a time, order, get ur food then they take next order. Only come to this one because it's close and food is always good. Only wish service was better. Never a smile or a your welcome- other than a frown or completely ignored when you say thank you have a good day to them. Same Everytime I go. (3-4x per week). Like I said food always good but staff is NOT. Drive thru is supposed to be quicker than going in- never ever at this location.
