One of the worst fast food spots I have been to in years. I did a mobile order so ordering was the best part. Staff were rude and did not care at all. My food I got a $5 biggie bag and I only ate the fry’s and drink was ok. My jr. bacon cheeseburger was smashed to hell, my chicken nuggets were burnt to a crisp. I will never go to Wendy’s again honestly cause I’ve had issues in several locations in my area but this red bank location DO NOT GO!

I guess they only use the drive thru register, so they take your card around the corner where you can't see them. Dont like that. Fryer alarm beeped for the entire time i was there. Not sure why they couldn't turn it off. There wasn't a single other customer while I was there.

Stoped there around 7am and was told by an employee going to his car they were closed, but they open at 6:30am. Not the first time I've been to Wendy's and this has happened. Went next door to Chick-fil-A instead.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever, acted like it was no big deal to lose business. Very prejudice

Yeesh. Chick-fil-a did a scouting report on these folks by moving next door and I’ll tell ya first hand it checks out. I get it, talking through a drive thru mic is like a Dixie cup and a string, but if ya miss it - correct it. Pulled the plug after the gal at the window just couldn’t say my bad and move on. Gotta be better.

First time breakfast purchase at this location. The french toast sticks were nothing but deep fried milk bread. They had no taste and very greasy. The bacon egg and swiss croissant was on a square bun, liquid white cheese added no taste and all together very disappointing. Disappointing experience will not be returning for breakfast any time soon.

This is the second worst Wendy’s in the Greater Cincinnati area! The intercom doesn’t work; When you pull up to the window you will be completely ignored until you yell for someone to help you! Once you do that you’ll be in for nothing but total attitude like you did something personally to them! 6:05pm

Easily the worst Wendys I've ever attempted to eat at. I say attempted because I've now been 2 times and have been served a total of ZERO times. The first time I went through the drive thru they were performing a shift change and said that they couldn't help me and told me I could come inside to order. I said no problem I can get a few quick errands done next door. When I came back about 10 minutes later they were STILL commencing a shift change and said I could come inside. I drove off and went to a different location.

TODAY I arrive and the line is fairly backed up but not too bad, maybe 5 cars. The line is slow but steady. I drive up to the speaker to order and I'm not greeted or spoken to for at LEAST 5 minutes... I drove off again. It's awful go to a different location
