I have had the absolute worst experience with customer service at the Wendy’s on Red Bank Rd especially with the so-called Mgr Chris. We ordered 2 sets of chicken nuggets and they gave us Spicy which neither of the 4 kids could eat. So after reordering the original cashier said we were out of original nuggets and she was unaware. So 1. Don’t you think that should be told to customers? 2. Ask to talk to mgr “Chris for refund and he said he will not give us a refund or credit and offered us a few cookies lol. I refused and said just give the kids a frosty and with a smirk he said he was not going to do that and he was mgr and I have no one else to speak to. But it’s comical that after I got out my phone recorder to hear how Totally unprofessional and disrespectful he was, he gave us 4 small frosty’s. This still didn’t account for the $30 we just spent. I ask why you didn’t do this when I first ask?? He was totally showing off in front of the staff. I haven’t seen this kind of behavior in a long time and Chris if that is really your name, grow up and learn some manners. I can’t believe Wendy’s is so desperate for employees to hire people like this. Still calling corporate to report such a disrespectful employee. Wendy’s this gives your restaurant a bad reputation!

Came to the drive through and no one answered. Could see employees walking around, but no one working the drive through. Not a good experience I’d say skip and go to Swensons or McDonald. I mean, honestly, you guys are giving them free business at this point.

I have stayed silent for to long. As much money I spend at the location, something need to be said. My food is it not to the standard it should be. I grab breakfast today on my way to work and I'm not happy. I got a number 7 the baconator breakfast. The potatoes was hard as chips and my sandwich tasted old. I don't have time to go back, which I never do. I guess I will have to just not go to this location anymore.

I hit the drive thru even thought I asked for my sandwich plane and it came fully dressed after I scraped everything off and ate it it was fabulous. It could have been the speaker

TLDR: Found bugs in my burger, among other frequent inexcusable issues. Do NOT eat here!

Before I dive in, I would like to say that I am not a critical person, and I'm very easy going. I have not ONCE in my life, prior to today, felt compelled to leave a review of a fast food restaurant. Usually the way I see it is that you get what you get, and that's the price you pay for a cheap meal.

Because of this, I've been very lenient with my opinion of this location as it's near my work and it's a cheap lunch, but today was the final straw. I have visited this location many times, often several times a week for my lunch break. I have thought about leaving a 1 star review many times before now, but out of kindness I did not. Today, that changes.

They very often get my order wrong, or take 30 minutes even though there are only 2 cars (including me) in the drive thru lane. This has, on occasion, extended my lunch break past the allotted time that I have been allowed. The time that it takes to receive your order here can be ridiculous, and the fact that it takes so long makes my order being incorrect half of the time an even bigger slap to the face. But this is what I would consider normal for this location.

What was my final straw you ask?

BUGS. IN MY BURGER. That is the lowest of low. There are not many things that could be WORSE to find in your food. I'm just glad that I noticed this before I put the damn thing in my mouth. This is a health concern, and that on top of the continually poor service makes this a location I will ALWAYS tell people to stay away from.

The fact that I was not given a receipt so I could not get a refund is salt on the wound. Terrible location, bad customer service, and consistently poor ability to get a simple order correct makes this hands down the worst fast food experience I've ever had.

Do not go here, do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell across the street or stop by Walmart next door and get a snack.

The dining room wasn't open until 10:38am. It's supposed to open at 7am. The manager did NOTHING TO FIX THE FACT HER DINING ROOM WAS CLOSED UNTILL 10:38AM AND WHEN I DID GET IN SHE TOLD SHE HAD NO ONE BUT HAD 3 EMPLOYEES WORKING PLUS HERSELF. ALL I WANTED WAS A COFFEE. THE MANGER ALSO KNEW I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE THE STORE BECAUSE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO WAS JUST NOW CLEANING THE DINING ROOM SAW ME AND TOLD HER AN I STILL WAS TOLD TO HOLD ON. I WORK IN FOOD TOO IF I DIDNT HAVE ANYONE SWITCH SHE DID I WOULD HAVE SENT AN EMPLOYEE TO TAKE MY ORDER. I GET ONE HOURS FOR LUNCH 38 MINS OF IT WAS WASTED STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING TO ORDER A COFFEE.THATS

Fairfax location awesome, Dave's single was very good, chicken was fresh, fries were hot. Newtown's locations food was trash the day before.
