Slight mistake of my order but was corrected quickly and smiling the whole way amazing employees and the food was good. Definitely deserves five star just for the customer service alone.

Food was fine even though pretty smooshed and messy. Drive thru attendant spilled my soda on my car door. Maybe ease up on the gummies while you’re on the clock.
Horrible, I should've taken it back. But it would've been more gas. Since I didn't live near the area. It was a horrible experience. I suggest that if you need to order from this location please check your food please..

THE MEAT WAS GOD AWFUL OLD. It was Hard & Crunchy
Like It was cooked then reheated already and then served after sitting.
.The Bread was stale and also reheated.
It was believe me hard on a whole half of the side.
Forgive me y'all it's important that u don't eat here & become sick.
The Fries wasn't warm.
They tasted stale.
The best part of my order was the drink, even though it tasted like cough syrup on ice.

I'm thinking the staff cooks the fresh fire them & their buddies/ people they know.

I noticed people hanging in the store that wasn't paying or ordering. Yet they was waiting on free food from staff. No they wasn't homeless either.
I know Wendy's is probably private sector owned these days. However at 4:45 pm ON 02/21/25.

I'm so serious because it only takes on law suit on bad food service to make one sick.
Then perhaps the Owner will wish they was more involved.
Let's start with letting this Nasty Crew that are not even customer friendly. They show no respect for cross contamination. Or hygiene awareness from contact.

They usually get orders wrong. I ordered breakfast and they completely forgot the sausage and gravy. No explanation, no apology, no credit. Unreliable for sure.

The emplyees are lazy. They refuse to open the dining room. I hope corporate chooses this store next when choosing stores to close. These people cry when they lose their jobs. They don’t understand why their store was closed due to underperforming. Maybe if you’d open your doors?

Should have read the reviews before I went there. I was there at lunch time no one in the place. The lady that took my order must have been new because she did not have to put the apples instead of fries for a kids meal. I told her three times no cheese on my hamburger. But She did not put that in there so I got cheese on my hamburger.

So I pulled up the drive thru to get a biggie bag I usually get a jr can cheese add lettuce onion an extra pickle no tomatoes no ketchup or mayo so the young man said we don’t have onions I asked for grape Fanta he had red I asked for the total usually it’s 5.10 he said it’s 5.11 and then started laughing so I checked my food it was no lettuce on the sandwich I said I asked for lettuce he responded with we don’t have lettuce either started laughing and said sike naw I just had too pull off because I’m not a teenager or kid and I don’t like to be played with this is utterly insane to me 😒

Worst wendys I've had breakfast at
Just had to share this experience from today.
I know it is a fast food restaurant and nobody really thinks twice about what's going on in line waiting to order or get their food. Today, I saw an older woman have to open her door to order her food at the microphone and it was a struggle for her to say the least. She was not able to project her voice all that well in order for the employee on the other end to hear her. While waiting for the woman to order, I was able to overhear the employee. To say the least, she was one of the most patient and supportive people that could have been working at that drive through window. More than a handful of times she had to repeat herself for the woman and she kept politely asking the woman ordering to repeat what she wanted just to be sure she was right.
After the order was placed, I was asked to wait for around 3 minutes for the older woman to open her door yet again to pay for her food and grab it. It was just over 20 degrees outside today during all of this and I have to say I do not think every fast food location would have been able to handle this situation with as much heart as these employees did today.
Again, I know it's a longer review, and it is just a Wendy's... But they did a heck of a job and it made a rather unfortunate day have a very happy turn to it.

Morning ManagerWouldn’t serve if u don’t have a car . Also workers smoking ganjas in the back . Wouldn’t trust them to touch my food anyways . Smh
This has to be the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Undercooked fries, burnt chicken sandwich, the employee seemed high, freezing inside. Hard pass.
