I'm tired of this store being inconsistent and incompetent. Y'all sent my drink over here through Uber eats and the drink had no safety seal on top of it. And then you didn't put my sauces in the bag.
Joseph was very customer forward and polite at the drive-Thru today, great attention to detail as well. Good job

Save your time and go to Norwood Wendy’s. A five minute down the street turns to 30 mins to a hour wait. Got there with one car already waiting and one car ordering so I’m the third car pulled up tell them i got a pick up first dude said he couldn’t find the name pull up to the window show him now he found it “just came in” was told to pull up did so and sat there for 30 mins to a hour 8 people inside and out came and done left went back to the window he talking about my bad yall yall got a big order I looked confused because I only got a biggie bag and a ten piece meal then he says she gave my meal to the wrong person and she was the manger! Had me pull back up and wait even longer to get my food. My fries wasn’t even full nor was my food hot like it just was cooked. How she even get that position?

This is the worst Wendy’s and I don’t know why I even keep trying honestly. You will wait 15 min for them to even take your order in the first place. Each car waits about 5-10 whole minutes before the order is even taken, and then it can take another 10-20 before you receive your food. I could order a steak in this same time frame, cmon…

Ridge location dont know how to cook all they do is sit outside by the trash where they belong and smoke weed on the job hints the blunt in the hand, gives you cold not cooked food and dont even make the food how you ask. Couldnt be anymore slow in the head 💀

Waited at drive thru for 10 minutes no one came over speaker to take order then pulled to window they didn't apologize then try to order and she says we're doing shift change and waiting for manager so they wouldn't let me order. Terrible service

Went on a saturday afternoon and it was very busy, just wanted to try the new thin mint frosty and figured i’d wait. Signs say they are hiring and I assume they may be understaffed. After a longer than usual but not unreasonable wait considering how busy they were I ordered my frosty and when I got to the window the nice lady (manager) who was working was very kind and apologized for the wait and I got my frosty. Excellent and kind service for a location that probably needs more staff to help with wait times. I would recommend this location and will be back next time I want a frosty. THANK YOU!

They have two windows. But they only use one. There is no sign on the first windows saying to pull up to the second window, so you can sit there as long as you want. Nothing will happen. When I got to the second windows, I suggested maybe a sign and they thought that was funny.
