Never have items something is always broken , employees stoned or smell like beer . Close when they want to . Restroom was nasty . Employees arguing. & chubby light skinned girl is rude , just like her mother the manager

The slowest fast food on this side of Cincinnati. Save yourself the headache and time and go somewhere else. The worker actually asked if we could wait 4-6 min for fresh meat when we ordered two sandwich meals This is a hamburger fast food restaurant... that had one other car in the drive thru along with ours. They also waited 10+ min for their food. I had to get outta my car to check on our order after waiting 15min for a meal that was only gonna take an additional 4-6min. I walk inside assuming to find a solo worker ...nope there is 4-5 females in the cook line. Doing what....nothing. I asked about our meal and was told they were waiting on fries .. so obviously Wendy's on glenway highers 4x the amount of people it takes to do 1 persons job. The workers there are rude and lazy and probably spit in your food for a tiktok tread That's who works here. Go elsewhere ..

Honestly needs to be shutDOWN…. This place is horrible from the workers to the food, cashier was rude as ever they sat there and talked and talked before they gave me cold food as if it came straight out of the freezer. The cashier proceeded to throw my bag back on the counter when I ask for crackers the chilli left me sick and it had a very strong and yuckie aftertaste everything was off save your money and find a more suitable Wendy’s because this one isn’t it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I walked in to order my meal... They looked at me and said we won't serve you because we're short staffed. I'll never go to this location or Wendy's in general ever again. They had 5 employees. Thanks Wendy's. I always choose this place to go to eat. NO MORE!

I have given this location 3 tries. Each time they failed miserably. I ordered on the app every time and no one was in line ahead of me. They had me pull forward each time and I wait 10+ minutes before I get frustrated and walk in to get my food and it's always sitting on the shelf with other online orders. This time most of the staff was hanging out behind the counter cutting up and handing, what seemed to be their friends, free food (I know this because one of the "friends" made mention of the food being free). I definitely will not return here but if the need for Wendy's arises, I'll spend my wait time driving to another location.

Very disrespectful employees. This is no friendly greeting. You can barely order an item without hearing “is that it?” after every item. They rudely rush you and still can’t put in the order right. I work in fast food before and I’m 100% positive that when I ask for a large fries upgrade, they dump the small size fries in a large container. I have never experienced such a high level of rudeness and laziness for a restaurant EVER!
