I came to This location for lunch I ordered the new mushroom and bacon combo. The woman on the speaker. An older lady was very rude. Cut me off everything that I said I get to the window to get my food. The woman taking the order doesn’t even acknowledge me and shoves a drink out in my face ends up being the wrong drink Then the girl with platinum bleached blonde hair, the one that looks like an addict , thin and young , hands the bag out the window abruptly to me and closes the window in my face. I beep the horn because they’re ignoring me. I sat there for about five minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge me, even though I knew they could hear my horn. I asked the girl for some ketchup. She rolls her eyes and brings me back a whole bag full of ketchup just to be a b!! this used to be the only decent place to eat on Beechmont. They have me a root beer , didn’t even get to get the correct drink! I ordered diet!!! I won’t be coming back.

When I went up there at 6am in the morning when drive thru was supposed to be open I was either ignored or it wasn't open. So unfortunately I'm not able to tell if the food is great.
I’ve gone here about 4 times, waited too long and left. Service has always been bad. They need to figure it out

Got a double and substituted chili for the fries. The sandwich was excellent. Fresh and hot. I was also impressed because the soda machine had every flavor in stock. The store was clean and the AC was working good on a hot September day. A good visit overall.

Real time rating! SUPER great customer service! It’s 11 at night and the guy is very patient and multitasking respectfully!! Taking orders, taking money, and giving orders to customers all at once! All chill! Thank you! I didn’t feel like getting his name but the receipt says Terry. So yeah fantastical service over here

This location always seems to be hit or miss for how much time it will take to get through. The majority of the time you can count on the food being just "enough". Not hot or super fresh but not so bad it tastes bad or you wouldn't come again. There are enough times though when the food is piping hot and fresh that you continue holding out hope that this time will be too.

7+ minute drive thru times, unfriendly employees. Pull up to the drive thru "what do you need"Can't place extra pickles on a burger. Can't put chilli on a potato.I wouldn’t bother visiting this wendys. Go across the street to the gas station for better food

Gave this location another shot after several years. Overheard them say they only had 3 staff. My food was still fresh and fast. And they were friendly. May wanna give the guy with red hair a raise!
