Ok-- this was just the most ridiculous experience I've had. We get to the counter. The woman behind the counter is clearly on the phone having a personal conversation (I know way more about their kids eczema and their issues with their mama than I wanted to know). She puts her finger up and tells us to wait. So we wait. And wait.. and finally we order. Get our food-- in bags. Sit down to eat and we're told to leave because the dining room closes at 8pm. Well-- it was 7:40.. and had you gotten yourself off your personal call while on the clock, we would have been down about 10 minutes sooner. I generally don't bother reviewing fast food but... damn.

Would’ve hit en no stars if I could. I received THEE worst service. I went through the drive through ordered a kids meal nuggets and received a chicken I’m not sure was even a nugget but was clearly undercooked. I showed it to the drive thru cashier and she immediately had an attitude and told me they didn’t do refund because I had requested to just get my money back. So I proceeded to go inside to see if I could speak with the manager, she comes out and goes to the back to speak with their “district manager” who was supposedly back there and came back and told me SHE was told she couldn’t. So I politely asked if I could speak with said “ district manager” and she went to the back for all of 3 seconds and told me oh she must have left🧐 so LIED straight to my face!! Unbelievable and I still never received my refund I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN SMH

Rude, unprofessional service. Waited forever to get items forgotten with my order, but they were really quick to get you out of the line. I couldn't get my next order out before they quickly asked if there was anything else after ordering one thing. I'm surprised with all the reviews I'm seeing now that this place is even open. They all looked like they hated being there and I was just inconveniencing them when they are the ones not checking orders.

The older lady with the blonde hair who is always on drive thru there- always SO rude for no reason. You ask for ketchup and she gets an attitude and will literally give you one packet. She gets mad if you ask for anything extra like sauces or napkins ect. Always rude.

Place order for 10 spicy buffalo nuggets got home didn't like them. Returned to store with 9 nuggets and asked for just plan nuggets. Was told once I eat any they could not exchange. I asked how was i supposed to know if I like them without tasting!!!🤯😵💫 Told the non-common sense girl that Google is free and it states the policy on the website. I will be contacting Wendy's Corp in the morning requesting my refund. This location night shift is always horrible.
