Place order for 10 spicy buffalo nuggets got home didn't like them. Returned to store with 9 nuggets and asked for just plan nuggets. Was told once I eat any they could not exchange. I will be contacting Wendy's Corp in the morning requesting my refund. This location night shift is always horrible.
All they cared about is drive thru times. The management is scamming the company for bonuses, and the customer out of their time and quality meal.

3.50 for a large water is crazy and the black lady at the window had the worst attitude ever cussed me out under her breath because I asked for a large cup of water instead of the kids cup they gave me I don't know what's wrong with wendys training in cincinnati but it's the same experience from downtown to finneytown ghetto dirty and nasty energy you're at work even if it's a fast food job take it serious be grateful you got a job

Like all other Wendyâs drive throughs, they cannot manage to provide all the ingredients in a taco salad order. How hard can this actually be? Why is something this challenging to employees even on the menu at all?
EDIT: Also, there is NO BEEF in the chili today, it is literally beans and sauce. What is going on there????

11/22/24 at 8:59am Receipt#3033; I purchased seasoned potatoes to go with my breakfast. I asked for Mayo. Makhia; refused to give me any. She told me, they are NOT allowed to give Mayo out during breakfast hours. But I literally purchased the same meal yesterday and was given Mayo. I even offered to pay extra for the Mayo and she still refused. I literally had to go next door to Kroger, just to BUY Mayo.

Unsanitary donât eat here . The lady made our food then touched her hair and head peace and I asked her to change her gloves and for fresh food and she continued to grab the food without changing her gloves so I got a refund and will never eat here lol .

HONEY !! I just had the BEST SERVICE of the Wendyâs drive thur line!!! Honey!!!!!!! PRAISE THIS BEAUTIFUL INDIVIDUAL!!! 8/16/24 so I can remember this day. I came the the monitor to order my food and this beautiful energetic voice ask me what would I like to order FYI I can to Wendyâs all the time so she definitely recognized my Voice.. Usually the person taking my order is an older lady and she just doesnât sound like she likes her job at all. Today was beautiful and she is a manager if I am not Mistake, but she did a wonderful job!!! I am soooo impressed!! That women is definitely God sent! She needs to take orders all the time because she doesnât know how many spirits she lifted on this day.! ?

The employees here have no idea how to make the food and are poorly trained. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich, which has always come with lettuce, tomato and mayo for 30 years. But for some reason this one was hot sauce, onions, and pickles on it??? Itâs just weird. This stuff only happens when management fails to train employees, and there seemed to be no manager working since not a single employee looked older than 16.

The server at the drive thru on 7/28 at 530pm, couldn't be bothered, no amount stated at the window, no thank you, and before she finished telling me to pull forward, she shut the window.. There was one car in front of me, and one car behind me. She will drive your customers away with an attitude this bad!
