This is by far the stingiest Wendy's ive ever been to. The manager was there and handed me 2 ketchups for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. I asked for more and she handed me 2 more. so 4 ketchups. that's enough for maybe the fries. When I ordered i explicitly asked for ranch the manager herself handed me the bag and I had to back up to the window because they have me nothing at first. THEN she charged me 50 cents for one ranch. these people act like they're personally shareholders with the small amount of power they have. I get it your miserable but don't take it out on the customer. no wonder this wendys rating is so low. it's even in a decent part of town. no excuses. and this manager particularly has been there a long time. I know because I worked here after hs 15 years ago lmao. maybe it's time for a change. js.

worst experience ever and worst Wendy’s. I already call corporate and gave them the all the details but basically in short workers and rude, food was served cold and wrong and manager does not care. Eat somewhere else

I had food that I bought missing, when I got home ,and this is after the a employee was called back by the supervisor when he was on his way to bring my food because he forgot something, only to get home and realize he still didn’t give me all my food. Called and got no answer and had to leave a message. No return call yet.

Employees were super lazy and rude. Wouldn’t go back and break change for the cash I was using. Nasty bathrooms. I’d leave it a -10 if I could. Management clearly doesn’t value its customers either. Would never recommend to anybody

Dining was empty, line empty- restroom was disgusting. Very dirty And guaranteed it wasn’t cleaned yesterday! No ketchup cups when dining inside, asked, and waited for 5 minutes for cups, the man only put out a few, then left the storage room door open. I asked for a cup s as mustard, and that was a5 minute plus wait after Forest being told,” we don’t have mustard “- I told her that they put it on a sandwich, you have mustard.
I saw 4 people struggling to serve 5 people. Wendy’s, at one time, was the cleanest, most will run fast food restaurants. I will never return.

Oook so I have gotten food from here personally going or Doordashing and they just keep messing up the food 😒 quite disappointing today I'm upset I DD.(Wendy's is 0.8mi from me) I spent $65.72 on this order just to receive nit only cold old food but also half the wrong stuff just wild is already bad enough DD robbing folks but geez the restaurants are too. I love me some Wendy's but this 1 always messing up.

This is legitimately the most baffling experience of my life. Half of my sandwich was so cold, I could feel it through the foil like an ice pack. The fries were so hot I felt like they’d take half of my mouth with them. The baconator was the son of baconator because they forgot a whole burger. How do you forget the burger part? This was the North Dakota airport equivalent of a restaurant when you’re stuck on a layover for seventeen hours.

Sucks gave me cold left over food told me I have to pay for extra sauce when I got a 10 piece nugget only gave me one sauce just very unprofessional and rude sorry that you don’t like your job !

Absolutely worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. I’ve been about 3 times and they can NEVER get an Order correct. I was also waiting 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to answer. 1/10 do not recommend.

Had a miscommunication issues, no bug deal till the manager started getting involved and saying some off the wall things to me, she then yelled he dosent speak english i said i know im trying to work threw it and made it seem like i was the issue. He wasnt my issue she was and she should not be in her position acting like that. Ended with me walking out the door after telling her off. As long as shes working here i wont come back and after talking to others about the situation shes aparently been doing this and they said they stopped going becasue of her. If you cant soeak english but are trying i respect that but as somone thats in charge acting like she did, that i wont except.. yall need to fire the supervisor shes costing you money
