Almost Every single time I come into this place Theres some issue with them not having lanes . Theyre closing early , they have to give time to clean or they have leagues coming in. Each time they obviously have extra open lanes and yet they say no open bowl. Then why did I drive here , get excited to bowl just to be turned away.. DURING YOUR OPEN BOWL HOURS....

Deshelved, under staffed? Over priced. Bathroom was disgusting. There literally was puke on the wall that had been there awhile. The whole bathroom smelled like barf. Toilets not clean.Took 20 minutes for a beer while standing at the bar. Wasn't even like they had to bring it to me. They should be fined for the appearance of the outside. It's a hot mess.

Bowling is fun and Western Bowl supports are least 5 high school teams. Great place!

Dont bother trying to go unless youre in a league. Even if you call and ask if they have open bowling they say yes then when you get there they say they dont and theyll be closing after the leagues and basically call you a liar while being rude.

I love western bowl. I grew up bowling here for years. But sadly things just aren't the same. My number one issue was lack of staff. Waiting 20-30 minutes for a drink/food order to be taken, when trying to bowl a game isn't not ideal for quick turn overs. The staff were so awesome and working hard as they could. But the owner needs to hire more staff or find a better flow process. If it wasn't for the awesome staff, I would be giving 2 stars.

Very unprofessional staff, website inaccurate on the hours for the “special” rates. Past 3-4 times I’ve tried to come bowl, it’s always an excuse. Hope they shut the dump down. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

We called Western Bowl the week between Christmas and New Years to verify their hours for New Year's day. We were told open Bowl started at 10:00 a.m. my family of 9 showed up at 10:00 a.m. and we were told that they were closed. They would not open till noon. They said a new employee had told us incorrectly even though their website said the same thing. While we were waiting outside they changed and put a sign out saying it would be open at noon. And at 10 after 10:00 they posted on Facebook that they would not be open till noon. Highly disappointed I have a crying child in the car as this was the big family outing for our New Year's day.

Had a Saturday before Christmas thing with the family. It had been a long while since I had been there.The bowling ally could use a good cleaning. Thank goodness the bathroom was clean.The pizza and cheese fries were definitely good.We all had a good time with the family outing. Yes I will return to bowl of course! Bowling was fun and price was reasonable, staff was friendly all except one.Looks like some construction going on.

Every time that I come here with my son we always get told that they can't take anymore people due to leagues and high-school and it doesn't matter what day or time. It is very upsetting when my child really wants to bowl but we have to leave. Like when is it ever a normal day at this place? I would never again waste my time with that place no recommend it because for what?
Any business that offers a coupons for signing up for their email list, but then requires you to print it out gets a 1-star. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost no one should own a printer at this point.

We always have a great time when we bowl here! The alleys are very nice & kept up. The concessions are good & the pro shop has great stuff.

I wish some of the staff members (the younger ones) could be a little more professional, helpful and kind. Some of the lane monitors had poor attitudes and were not very helpful throughout the tournament as we encountered deadwoods, incorrect scoring, faulty foul lights and tacky approaches and bowlers areas. The tournament has been running for a very very long time, I would have hoped it would have better operations by now. It's the simple stuff.

Disappointed.. their door and website say that the bowling alley is open until 12 on Friday night, and that unlimited bowling is from 9:00PM until 12:00 AM. When we showed up, the employee at the counter (who didn’t sound thrilled to be at work) said that unlimited didn’t start until 10PM. We came back in after sitting in the parking lot for an hour only to be told that they closed at 11PM and we could still bowl unlimited in that hour for the same price as 3 hours is shown on the website. It’s 2023, how hard is it to keep your hours updated?
