Whetsel Whip

Reminds me of a better version of Dairy Queen. The ice cream is thick and creamy. We do an ice cream tour of the city and this place made the top 10 coming in at #6 overall. This little gem is on Whetsel ave and the small cone is worth the price. We always get a chocolate and vanilla twist. They didn’t disappoint. Take a little trip and grab a cone

To the owner I would say hold onto your hat because the service provided is gonna put you out of business. Have been there 3 times only left with product the first time which was delicious but the girls the next two visits just couldn’t get it together and left and went to United Diary Farmers for the best milkshake in town. Won’t be back!!

Yummy ice cream and gluten/ dairy free options

Went yesterday and felt bummed we didn’t go to one of our usual creamy whips. The flavor on the strawberry/blue swirl was really off putting (not to mention soupy). They gave us a single napkin for my cone. The sitting area was overgrown and we left with multiple bug bites. Would be hard pressed to try again.

This place is fantastic! GO! They have great flavors, a walk up window, and great service. Support this awesome local business.

Trying someplace new and what a gem! Swirls, Afgogato, and hardshell toppings! Service was quick amd friendly. Can't wait to go back!

First time and last time patronizing this place. The ice cream was milky. It wouldn’t stand on the cone and had to be put in the cup. I purchased a creamy whip with caramel. I took a picture. It was an awful experience. They should have been embarrassed to serve this instead the guy said I don’t knew w what’s wrong with our ice cream machine.

The workers were very disrespectful and mean, I didn’t like how she came off, also she got my order wrong 4 times as well as blaming me for her getting my order wrong. If you want ice cream or cheesecake there is 100% better options do not come here if you want to have a good time or have good food

I absolutely love soft serve ice cream , but I am lactose intolerant. I was excited (and skeptical) to see Whetsel Whip has a lactose free vanilla soft serve. It tasted great & I didn’t feel awful after. The only downside was the lactose free option melts super fast, so be sure to ask for napkins. The staff was very friendly. I will be back.

Girl who helped us out was very sweet! She was the only one working so it took a bit to get everything out, but she was super on top of everything! A little bit pricey, but worth it as a treat every once in awhile.
