I'm here in the middle of the day. I've been coming to this white castles forever. Whoever they have in there now is the slowest of the slow. I stood in line for 15 minutes. I decided to leave all I wanted was coffee.They're too extremely slow

I've been going to White Castle since I was a little girl. I was disappointed with the sliders yesterday. Some of them had uncooked buns on them. Also, they loaded them down with onions. I think some more training needs to be happening! Along with hiring people that have customer service skills.

I just left this location and went inside to order which I never do and I’m so glad that I did…I was greeted upon entrance and the cashier was extremely nice,he made sure my order was correct and my food was hot. Best experience at a White Castle I’ve had…hands down!!
