I just left this location and went inside to order which I never do and I’m so glad that I did…I was greeted upon entrance and the cashier was extremely nice,he made sure my order was correct and my food was hot. Best experience at a White Castle I’ve had…hands down!!

We waited over 20 mins for food. They finally told us they forgot to turn the grill on to cook impossible burger. Staff didn’t seem interested in customer service.

This place is a mess. They forgot my straw. Then I had to ask again for BBQ for my chicken rings. The drive thru person wasn’t very friendly.

After 400 miles in the car we stopped at this White Castle off the highway. We were told we can’t get a mix of cheese and original sliders with our orders. We had to get all cheese or all original and of course no family will ever agree with what they want so half of us didn’t get what we wanted. I know it seems petty but we travel a lot and do this at countless White Castle restaurants with no problems. We were the only ones here so don’t see the confusion

My grandmother worked at White Castle for many years when I was a kid. Her car always smelled like white castles. Well the other night my car smelled exactly like hers. Was a good choice.

asked for EXTRA marinara sauce, i even tipped $5!! i got a handful of grape jelly, a handful of ketchup, a handful of bbq sauce, and 2 marinara sauce ? like i don’t want none of that extra shit !! i asked for it at the speaker and window and AGAIN after i tipped !!! i ONLY asked for MARINARA SAUCE. i KNEW i should’ve went to another location but of course i came here for the convenience 😂 my mistake !!! i knew better too! that’s the worst part.

Everytime you order food through DoorDash or UberEats they never give you Marinara sauce when you order cheese sticks !!! The food be cold and not made right

Our waitress was so sweet! She said she was so overwhelmed but she and her coworkers did a great job! It was our first time and I would definitely do this again!
The burgers were between Luke warm to old. Fries were soggy. Chicken rings seemed like they needed more cook time.

Never realized it was so hard to make a White Castle the way you wanted no onion extra pickle double cheeseburger but apparently that's too much to ask for because their staff sure the hell can't do it. If you want to grab some White castles find it different White Castle.....
