Food was cold and nasty. Tasted old. Some sort of hair/ fuzz in my daughter's food. Coffee was cold, they didn't add what I asked for to my coffee. Customers pay for service, so service should be what we pay for. This place sucks.

The girl that took our order , no eye contact whatsoever to the point of not engaging at all. Not paying any attention. My husband gave his order to her and I gave mine which was two double cheeseburgers, onion chips and a drink. We went out to the car and divvied out our food. I had my drink that I got on my own, but there are no double cheeseburgers or onion chips.

This is the best white castle around, the hamburgers taste so much better than any other one idk why
The service was on Point and very smooth! The employees was very soft spoken and polite. And the food OMG was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Highly recommend this White Castle was the best one I’ve been to in Ohio and I’ve been all over ohio eating !!
Parking: Parking was small but was on both sides of the store so plenty of parking.

I stopped at this White Castle location tonight as I have many other late nights after work. And the woman named Terri in the drive thru is very pleasant and really takes her time to make sure that the order is correct and that I have everything I need before I leave. She does this every time I stop and with a big smile on her face!

There's no White Castle within 90 miles of where we live, so it's always been a special treat while traveling for my family. The workers were so friendly and made sure we had a good experience. Would go again!
