The staff here are bar none the best of any white castles I have ever been to. They are very friendly. Another thing is my food is ALWAYS hot when I get it. Great place! I get breakfast here most days and it’s excellent

The girl that took our order , no eye contact whatsoever to the point of not engaging at all. Not paying any attention. My husband gave his order to her and I gave mine which was two double cheeseburgers, onion chips and a drink. We went out to the car and divvied out our food. I had my drink that I got on my own, but there are no double cheeseburgers or onion chips.

The service was on Point and very smooth! The employees was very soft spoken and polite. And the food OMG was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Highly recommend this White Castle was the best one I’ve been to in Ohio and I’ve been all over ohio eating !!

Parking: Parking was small but was on both sides of the store so plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Very clean and friendly place to eat.
