I don't like the automated drive thru. I had to go through the process 2 times, it didn't understand all I wanted was 4 bacon cheese sliders and 4 double cheeseburger sliders. Even after that I had to explain what my order was. Put a reel person taking orders your better off. Took me 25 minutes to get my order.

Where do I start. AI ordering is 5 stars but my wife and I ordered combo crave #2 with medium onion chips and medium chocolate shake plus 4 fish sliders. Waited in line for about 5-10 minutes then when we pulled up to the window we were ignored for 5-10 minutes. Finally they came to the window to tell us they are out of chocolate so we took a vanilla shake. Then after another 5 minutes we finally had our food and shake only to arrive home with very cold double cheeseburgers, fish sliders, and onion chips. All for $22.00. Thank you White Castle, for absolutely nothing.

Stood at the front counter for 15 minutes before I was even asked what I would like to get, then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for 8 sliders and a small fry???? And there was nobody else in the lobby and two cars in drive thru with full staff working

I originally used the drive through. Had to go inside. They acted like I was the hold up. Server actually walked slow as she could to prepare my food. A number 13 with an extra cheese burger. That was all. Unprofessional, unpleasant experience. White castles on central parkway is the worst.
