My wife got food poisoning from the shrimp nibblers. Went around 11 pm right after work heading home. My food was fine and her hamburgers were all fine. But once she ate the shrimp she ate it and the next day she was very very sick to the point she couldn't keep water or anything down. Went to the hospital and come to find out it was food poisoning. She had it for about a week and a half

Employees lack energy and they are rude. The service is really slow and the restaurant is dirty even the bathrooms are dirty. The food isn't even really the greatest either. This place needs a lot of attention and help by far the worst White Castle's I've ever ate at. An I eat here a lot becuz it's near my route to work so I still eat here but this is the things that need attention.

They gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and I got a fried chicken egg and cheese sandwich.was very confused.and don't understand how that got mixed up . I had to get to work did not have time to go back. Reading in

I went thru the drive-thru late at night. They were very friendly. I ordered a vanilla milk shake and fries. About the only place in the area open that late that would have a decent milk shake.
