White Castle

It was worth the wait. I haven't had hot white castles in a minute. Only 2 people was working which was sad but if it takes just 2 people to make sure your food is hot and right. I'll wait 15 minutes all day. My mozzarella cheese sticks was perfect. Good job 1 woman a 1 man crew.

The 1921 Burger is surprisingly good and should be a fixture on the menu going forward but seems to only be for the companies 100th year celebration. What wasn't good is how crispy it was when they cooked it. The sauteed onions left much to be desired. The fries? Old and cold "as usual", never fresh and makes me wonder if White Castle should stick solely to burgers only. Another winner are the new drink selections: peach Sprite for sure! the wait in the drive thru line is somewhat long. I finally got to the menu board where i was told "it's cash only". There was no inclement weather and I work for a retailer right up the street whose point of sales systems were functioning just fine. How do you only accept cash when a majority of sales these days are done via debit/credit?? Having no cash I left. Upon my return to store it was another bit of a wait in line but having not had White Castle for a while I was willing...read full review
