If you're looking for attitude to go along with your tea, BOY DO I HAVE THE PLACE FOR YOU! Do you love looking up the time a business opens and show up only to find out that the hours are incorrect even though the light up sign says open? You're going to LOVE this place!! I watched this child-like woman CRASH OUT over me not giving her my email. Like a toddler who didn't get her way, slamming her hand on the counter to take my payment and snatching the ipad from me. I've seen better public behavior from my 18 month old nephew. I'm from out of town and been to many of these stores in many states, no one has ever reacted that way. This isnt a members only establishment. I've met friendlier people at DMV or post office. Based on the comments here (that I should have listened to) this seems to be a trend, a true CURMUDGEON she is. I find it hilarious and interesting all her negative comments have engagement but the positive ones don’t (lol) For Cincinnati being a friendly mid-western city, she surely missed that memo. If I could give her less stars I would.

I’ve been visiting White Oak Nutrition almost every week for around 6 years now and I love it! I have never had a bad experience. The service is always top notch and the atmosphere is upbeat and friendly. Kim, the owner, is an amazing person and I always really enjoy chatting with her while I enjoy one of her many delicious and healthy shakes. I also really enjoy chatting with all of her regulars as well. The experience at White Oak Nutrition sort of reminds of the old show Cheers except it’s not a bar. I definitely intend to keep visiting as long as the place stays open. It’s one of the most important highlights of my week. Keep up the good work Kim! I’ll see you next week!

Went out of my way to come here since there aren’t many nutrition tea places in Cincinnati. The sign outside said open 7:30 am and when I get there it was completely empty no one was there. Frustrating not sure why they’d say it was open and not be open.

White Oak Nutrition is one of my favorite places to stop by during the week! Everything I’ve had there always tastes amazing, whether that be a shake, tea, or the waffles! The owner Kim is so sweet and down to earth; I would want to go in there to talk to her even if I wasn’t going to buy anything. This store will forever have my heart!

Kim won't sell you a smoothie unless you give you first and last name and phone number and email & it will not be explained why but she will scream toxic things at you as you are already leavingyou can decline to share your contact info on the basis that you don't have to allow toxic people access to your life.The bad attitude is apparently free of charge
This was a great smoothie like the owner said wasn’t hungry for 3 hours She didn’t give me the total that’s why I gave 3 stars
