Show up when they are scheduled. For the past three months they were scheduled to be at Humble Monk. The first two times they said their truck would not start, this mounth they just didn't show up, and wouldn't respond to the owners of Humble Monk. Not a way to treet the community that gave them their start.

The spicy Italian pizza and the cannoli dip dessert was great.

Toppings were good - I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which had a pleasant amount of heat. My husband's calzone was very burnt on the outside, which unfortunately ruined the flavor.

Pretty much the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Stop what your doing and order a pizza from this place. The pies they come from here are out of this solar system good. Yes, the entire planet/solar system. I’d share more photos but we are every bit of pizza there was.

Pizza was very thin with little sauce. Being apart of the brewery, we expected better.

Yet again, another “pizza” in Cincinnati. I got what on the list was called Margherita. I was positively surprised by the look of the crust: it seemed that it was soft and thin in the center, puffy in the margin - as it should be. However, it was rather firm and bread-like, which made the pizza pretty heavy to digest. The toppings were weird: a drizzle of “balsamic” vinegar and raw tomatoes. Definitely not my kind of “pizza”.
