Willie's is the best place to watch all your favorite teams and games throughout the whole season! Lots & lots of tv's with sound on. Their food is delicious! Service is on point. Ya simply can't beat their fried or grilled grouper sandwich. Plus tasty wings and the heartstopper fries too! Sad they only have 2 locations left but totally worth the drive from NKY. Love this place and you will too!! Who Dey 🐅.

Had to ask for napkins, dipping sauces 2x, etc because there was only one server and the bartender working while we were there.
Food was overcooked.

When we first arrived the sign said sit yourself. So we did. One young waitress said she would be right with us. She never came back. We sat there for 15 min. Then came 3 other guest came in 2 men and a kid. Another waitress came up and asked if we were all together. We said no. She then proceeded to tell us that the section we were sitting in was closed and asked us to move. (not a problem) but then proceeded to wait on the guys that were in that section. Now is where the problem came in. The waitress was down right rude to us after that. Acted as if she didn't want to wait on us. We were a bother to her. We got everything ordered. Food came out. She dropped off and left. Didn't ask if everything was ok just dropped and left. We needed a few condiments and waited patiently for her to come back. When she did finally come back she didn't stop she walked by and asked everything ok? I wasn't even able to say ketchup please and she was gone. One of our guest got up and chased her to the soda machine where she met the manager Jill. Now I want to give props to Jill. She then took care of us. Actually she was over the top nice and helpful. Thank you. But as our guest was talking to Jill the waitress walked up to our table and snarkly said everything ok, I said no. She walked away. Didn't ask what was wrong. She knew.

Fun place to watch a game, especially if you are a Reds or Bengals fan. Food was pretty good; portions were generous. Menu had lots of choices. Nice beer selection. Service was very friendly, attentive and fast.

Went in on a Sunday and sat at the bar. Wasn't busy at all, only a few people were there. But the bar service was good, and the food was also on point (I got the heart stopper waffle fries)

I was hesitant to go back to Willie's when it opened in the place of Texas Roadhouse which was a far superior restaurant. When Willy's was in Glenway Crossing it was terrible. Anything from raw food to roaches to bad service. We tried it when it moved to current location in the food was mediocre and service was not great. We went back last night and service again was terrible. They're seem to be plenty of waitresses. We asked if they were understaffed and were told no. Our waitress barely made it to our table half the time. Our food took over an hour to get to us. There was no apology for how long the food took or anything. How is this place staying in business. Not sure I want to go back and spend almost an hour and a half waiting for my food.
Update 4mths later ....I decided to give it another chance. Big mistake! The food at the Western Hill location has been going downhill for awhile now. Today's food was not good at all. I ordered via door dash and that part was fine. The food was another story. The fries and pickle chips tasted fishy. The Italian sandwich lacked any good flavor and I've been feeling sick since I ate it. I threw half of it away. What a waste of $34.

Couldn't tell you how the food was. I can tell you the service sucks sat there for about 15 minutes and no one even came over at all so didn't even get a test the atmosphere
Our server was very nice, our food was hot and prepared well. It felt a bit diner-ish, low barriers between booths made overheard conversations awkward.

First of all, I like the food. It the staff that is horrible. Fake dark haired waitress with the tattoos is so rude. Telling a customer to move who is waiting on his food is just unacceptable. She should be fired.
