Mexican Grill Wings and things

Had the Philly Chicken sandwich. Came with fries. Food was delicious, and quite a deal on the price too. I will return!

Waited about 2 hours for food even after ordering online. No good customer service at all. They didn't even apologize or try and off a complementary water ir drink. Will not order or go there again.

Ordered this while visiting because nothing around my hotel was open. Ordered the tenders that came with fries and it didn’t even come with an option for sauce preference. I added it to the note to please add any sauce they have. Received my order and everything was dry. NO SAUCE or ketchup. Fries were soggy. It’s not hard to add something like that.

The staff did not speak very good English and it took 20 extra minutes to get my order And there was like a crackhead rambling to himself in the lobby but all around good experience

The portions are always a delight. I enjoy the chicken bowl the most. The fried chicken thighs and legs are always crispy but I think the oil used tends to me feel sickly afterwards. It's probably just a reaction to it. Besides that, it's a great place to eat at

I come here all the time and never have any issues. Today I ordered my food online and when I came in they said they didn’t have it & weren’t trying to resolve the issue. I even showed them my order confirmation. Ridiculous. Food is good but now I gotta worry if they will even make it !

I ordered through Door Dash. Quick delivery. Food was hot, came neatly packaged in nice containers. Wings and chili fries. Generous portions. Sauce could have been thicker but the chicken was good and the fries were full of meat and cheese. Great price, great food. Will try again.

Nobody speaks English or thinks buy one get one free means you only pay for one . Dirty disgusting and need serious lessons on hygiene before they could possibly understand the illnesses caused by simply not washing your hands, utensils and surfaces of u don't want to get sick DO NOT EAT HERE !

THEY SCAMMED ME. DO NOT ORDER ON UBER EATS/ DOOR DASH. they have lots of discount codes on their mobile orders - do not trust them. I thought I was getting a good deal, but i ended up getting charged $52 for Dinner that was not that good and not that much food.

Tonight I ordered a garden salad and 6 boneless wings. After we brought it home we realized there was no salad dressing even though it says the garden salad comes with ranch on the menu. when my boyfriend went back inside and asked for the ranch, the woman working accused him of trying to steal and was refusing to give it to him. Who tries to steal a single ramekin of ranch? Absolutely insane. They also couldn’t figure out how to upcharge me to add chicken to my salad. As someone who works in the food industry this was just ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never be back and that worker should be fired

The only good thing about this place is the big portion sizes. I’ve tried this place on 3 seperate occasions and have tried the chili cheese fries, chicken bowl, and chicken burrito.

Fries weren’t cooked all the way through and cold in the middle. Chicken bowls are large but the most bland “Mexican” thing I’ve ever had and ratios are way off. It’s basically all rice with a copious amount of sour cream and cheese. Definitely cries for acidity and heat. No hot sauce is even on it despite being in the description. The chicken though is actually good and a fair amount of it. Has great potential… the chicken burrito was huge and basically the bowl just in burrito form.

Atmosphere… unwelcoming and makes you want to leave ASAP. Idk if you could pay me to eat here and I think they want it that way.

Service? ATROCIOUS. They don’t know an ounce of English or at least pretend not too. Food is never ready when you order ahead… the second time I was there they were all confused about my order. And then continued to laugh at me as they made my food, for like a solid 10 minutes and as I walked out. It was supposed to be done when I got there. The last time I was there I asked if they had any forks… blank stares… I asked again with a fork to mouth gesture and they said “no”. HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO EAT A BOWL WITHOUT A FORK.

Dirty, rude and dismissive. Wait time for pick up orders is waaay off. Definitely cool and I’ve given them 3 tries. Dry axx chili cheese fries.
