Placed an online order for the 20 for $20 and a large side of veggie sticks. It looked like I received a regular side of veggie sticks. To add context, I wasn’t sure cause the veggies were in a smaller box, I only received regular sized veggies before at another location in a small box so I assumed I didn’t have the right item. I asked a Stephanie for a refund and explained why. If she knew i had the correct item it would have been fine if she could have calmy explained oh a regular size is this amount and a large size is this amount but she didn’t do this. This lady immediately gets aggressive and starts wailing her arms and hands around all because I asked for a refund as I believe there was a problem with my order. She like oh I’m not giving you a refund I can only give you a credit. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she claims she was the manager (which i didn’t believe either). If she was the manager, how are you not able to give me a refund? Long story short, Stephanie was very rude and unprofessional and became very aggressive because I asked for a refund for the veggie sticks. She was going back and forth telling me she can give me a refund and then said she couldn’t give me one back to offering a credit. I didn’t want a credit as I DO NOT plan on coming back to this location as I felt threatened from her rolling her neck every which way and wailing her arms and hands around like she was going to hit me while also trying to explain that’s how she talks which is not true. She was not acting like that when I first came and only started after asking for a refund which I did not receive nor did I receive a credit. People want to know why things happen in public as far as casualties, this is why. Cause people like Stephanie don’t know how to talk to people and she going to FAFO one day when she do that to someone who ready to crash out at that moment. Lucky enough for her I am one of those people who can remain calm when an issue arise or if a customer is not happy. I still want my money back; I didn’t take the veggie sticks I left them there at the store. And no I don’t want no credit I will never come back to this particular location. If I were to act out like this police would have been called! If she don’t like her job she need to be let go. If you ask me, Florence and the Wingstop at winton and Galbraith are the more professional locations. I plan on following up because I want my money back. I am entitled to my money if I never ate the sticks and if I simply don’t want them. And I only got one ranch cup with my 20 so they did a half effort job today.

This location is absolutely awful. I placed an order for delivery online and it was never received. I called and was advised that it was be refunded to my account in 3-5 BD (the person was incredibly rude and answered after 15ish phone calls). No refund ever came. I have emailed as well without reply. This was months ago. This was my 2nd bad experience with delivery. I only ordered because my daughter requested it for her birthday. My best advice- don't ever order from here.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT EXTENDED TIMES FOR FOOD. Even when you order online, you get there and they say it's going to be a long wait. I don't understand it. Last time I went, there was at least 6 people in the kitchen working but it still took 20 plus minutes after my promised time to get my food. Looks like they did a haul on the workers but it's just an unpleasant experience. Definitely go somewhere else when wanting chicken.

Wingstop closes at 1am they told us to leave by 12:45 am. Forcing us to leave
This Wingstop is terrible and get worse every time. I'm a wing fanatic so I like to give places multiple tries but this place is awful the wings have been consistently overcooked and then to make matters worse they barely sauce them which just compounds the problem. It takes a real special person to not be able to properly cook chicken wings when you have a timer and a deep fryer and somehow still can't even competently manage that

Today I had the most horrible expanse at the Wingstop at short Vine. I have been a customer of Wingstop since the day they open the door. I have never had a confrontation with any employee about cold french fries. This was horrible but anybody who’s listen let stop there if they can conduct their sales and be professional they don’t deserve our business.I’m
Due to the nature and location of my employer I have to order delivery. When you order it from their website, they contract with a DoorDash driver to deliver your food. They have consistently forgotten to put all the items in our bag and then blame it on the driver when the driver has to take a pic of the order before he leaves proving they did NOT put all the items in the bag. When I've called all 3 times they've done this, they are very unprofessional and have a crappy attitude. I will choose another location if I ever want Wingstop again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service.

The absolute worst restaurant around.. I don't even order food, I would do Doordash and they STILL not only manage to mess up every single order (i get messaged about EVERY SINGLE ONE), but you will literally be waiting around for half an hour EACH TIME, before finding out your order was sitting their for no reason the WHOLE TIME, because the workers are SO HOSTILE that you can clearly see them starting arguments with nearly EVERY single customer, and any single time you ask ANY of them for your order it's like they wanna fight you.. Not only is the environment extremely dirty and hostile, and people are GUARANTEED to have cold food, but they ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS end up moving food between bags, with their RAW HANDS NONETHELESS, NO GLOVES.. Not only am I SHOCKED that anyone even orders here, but I will DEFINITELY NEVER, and would NOT recommend it 🤮🤮🤮

This Wingstop location is terrible!!!! The employees are very rude and unprofessional. The manager was even worse. I have video footage of the short bald female employee being extremely rude to delivery drivers as they come pick up their customer's food. I was told that they would not make my order because someone picked it up already. My doordash/ uber eats orders are constantly stolen from this location because the employees do not make sure the orders are confirmed like most locations. My friend was also robbed in front of this location yesterday and he had to get the authorities involved just to get the camera footage because the manager was being very nasty towards him after the incident happened. I will not be returning to this wingstop location ever again. I recommend you go to a different one or wait until the new location in norwood opens. Please contact the authorities if you see this thief.
