So I’m from Chicago right. I never had no issues with Wingstop but since coming down here this place stay having me messed up. Customer service trash. Then they stay messing up my order. And then when they do get it right, they barely add any sauce. I thought maybe I was tripping but nah. First time I went they took over an hour to get my food out. Then I’m like nah I’m not waiting inside no more, I’m just gonna order instead. They steady missing something in my bag or getting my drink wrong. Then I just ordered 25 wings and 5 of em were missing like… I’m done giving benefit of the doubt bruh😭

workers yelled at the people standing in line “we been told you we’re only doing online and doordash” but just wanted a fruit punch but the people in front of us were there longer and we were not told when we came in that they’re only doing online orders :(

This place is total shit show. Overcharge. 26 minutes for 8 wings. Got wing to office was supposed to be no heat garlic parmesan. They were so hot I could only eat two. First and last time. I go to Florence location every two weeks and food is spot on good customer service and don't charge extra for sweet BBQ.
I placed an order at 615 today for wings. It is currently 8 o’clock and still haven’t gotten them (Was suppose to be here around 7-715). Check the link they sent and my delivery person isn’t even close to the store and it still says he’s waiting on my order. I’ve tried calling 7 times now and they just won’t answer. Glad I payed to get nothing.

It wasn't bad, there was a long wait. Some of the choices for the classic wings were less flavorful but those classic hot ones were awesome. Overall I enjoyed it and so did the family.
