We sat for 30 minutes only to find out the printer "ate our order" and when we got our food the fries were cold.

Go in at 10, they don’t close till 12. Place my order and wait for an hour and half. Sit down to eat after all that time and they tell me I can’t eat inside? Are you kidding me. And the food was cold by the time they gave it to us. Worst place to get food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Ever. Trash service. Trash food. Just an awful experience all around. To wait that long on a Saturday night is insane. I would’ve left had I not already paid.

3 out of 4 recent orders were missing at least one protein. I have never had a good experience at this location. On my most recent order, I was missing wings, fries, and ranch, and when I tried to call the location no one picked up after calling continuously for 30 mins I gave up and called corporate. We’ll see if I get my refund as promised but I somehow doubt it. I won’t be patronizing wingstop of any location again.

I order 20 piece meal and my wings were cold and I didn’t even get my 52 oz lemonade. Which sucks cause I like wings too but this might be my last time ordering from them maybe citybird since I really just want at least warm

I should have read the most recent review.Both orders of fries (one was voodoo and the other extra seasoning) are missing.Half of the wings have no seasoning (should have been hot honey).The chicken sandwich has no pickles and the bun is severely burnt.When I called, three times(!), no one answered and there is not a voicemail.I paid over $40 for what? Ranch and two sodas… and zero edible food…. We’ve been looking forward to this literally all day long.I want my money back!!!!

I ordered delivery. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to but it was missing my large Cajun fries. Tried to call the store but no one answered. Wings had almost no sauce on them. Next time I go back to Wings and rings!

I've never been so moved to leave a review for a restaurant until now. My experience at this Wing Stop was so poor. I ordered online, it said my food would be ready in 30-40 minutes. Okay, that's fine, no big deal. I get to Wing Stop after 45 minutes. There's sooo many people in there waiting for carry out orders. The staff is avoiding looking at anyone, no one wanted to actually speak to any of the customers to see who's food belonged to who. Every once in a while an employee would yell out one name of an order, when no one would say anything the employee would be visibly upset. You couldn't get any of the employee's attention to ask for your food, and honestly, I was scared. I didn't want to piss them off any further by asking them to do their job. One employee even went on a rant about how none of the customers wanted to help them, and "I don't see anyone offering to work". What???? Finally, some else got the courage to ask for a status on their order, the employee said it wasn't ready yet. So I work up the nerve to ask. The pull my order off a shelf and hand it to me. The bag was cold. When I got home and opened it, my food was cold and there were no dipping sauces even though I paid for two. I waited over an hour just for cold food and items missing.

Food was great and on point. The only thing that should be noted here is the staff was handling a large number of DoorDash/Uber eats orders at the time so there was a wait but it was well worth it.
