Every time I have ordered from this place, the chicken is great, but they just forget every single time to put ranch with my order and for me to pay almost 2 dollars just for a thing of ranch is ridiculous to forget that. don’t order here if you don’t have ranch at home or any kind of sauce.

The Colerain Wingstop has very good service but very bad fries they changed their fries and now my heart is broken I love the old fries and they had great amount of seasoning and now we are stuck with these CHEAP unseasoned fries.

Came to this wingstop today with 4 orders to pickup for family and it was so busy, so many people waiting for orders and a lot going on. The workers were great, working fast, nice and respectful. It did take awhile and a few other customers were upset, but they can only go so fast. Super happy with them!

The wing stop at the Hill Crest shopping center was the bomb! While the food was very good it was fresh it was hot it was tasty and seasoned correctly it was the customer service from the time of ordering until the end going out the door for me that made that particular Wingstop the bomb. The customer service people were excellent they even recognized my voice when I came in and called me by name! That speaks volumes about how serious the workers there took their job. The place was very clean The workers were clean and the atmosphere was cheery!
