Always check food before leaving location, forgot to put ranch in bag. Couldn't enjoy my meal because when it got to me no ranch dressing was placed in my bag. Fries had very little cheese sauce on it also.

I'm not sure about the Colerain store. The last order we placed last week was not normal. The wings are normally good, but they were not good at all!

I went to this store today and left completely irritated. I have ordered from the store several times before with no issues but today was a horrible experience. I walked in and ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 tenders. I waited a total of 26 minutes for my food. During that time a group of 6 people walked up and placed their orders. In addition several online orders were fulfilled in that same time period. The group of 6 all received their food before me which included fries, bone-in, and boneless chicken.

While I understand that some items take different times to cook, it is inexcusable to tell a customer that they are third in line when they ordered long before someone else. The priorities of this store are absolutely in the wrong place. After I saw that I was clearly last in the queue to be served. I asked the cashier about the status of my order which is when I was informed about the 3 orders that needed to be fulfilled before I would be served. At this point I asked for a refund since 26 minutes was an unreasonable amount of time to wait. Especially when the store was empty when I originally placed my order!!

After the manager provided me a cash refund he tried to justify the wait time by telling me that different items have varying cook times. Contrary to his belief, I am not stupid and assumed as such. He also tried to explain to me that some individuals order online, which is handled differently… I subsequently informed the manager that I observed several other customers place their order in store. I recognized that some of the customers behind me placed their order online, but this was not the entire group. Those that placed their order online got their food first while the remainder received it later….while I continued to wait. I eventually left the store with my refund and was in my car when the manager ran out to my car with the order. I accepted the food since it was OVER 26 MINUTES, but in hindsight I never should have accepted the food. I wanted to leave the situation before I grew more irritated with the manager. He quickly retrieved my refund and returned to the store without any form of apology. I legitimately doubt that if I received an electronic refund that he would have taken the effort to bring me the completed order. I’m just being honest when I say that the manager seemed irritated that I had the nerve to complain.

Bluntly asking an irritated customer “do you want the food” without any form of apology is ridiculous. The callousness of some people is baffling. Also in hindsight, the manager should have offered a solution, discount, anything, but he was too preoccupied with talking down to me to think about that. It takes brief moments to support an upset customer and he took none.

The lack of sympathy and understanding is what irritated me to the greatest extent. During this whole experience I was never rude nor did I disrespect any employee at the store. I should have never relinquished my refund at the time but I was too consumed by my anger to further consider the situation. I hope you all do better in the future and work on your basic empathy.

I will be talking to anyone higher in authority to receive my refund and further discuss the issue.

Lady kept answering phone while she was taking my order at register. Guy had a smirk on his face when he handed me my food. Checked bag outside chicken sandwich only had one bun. I took it back in. Young lady in the kitchen fell out laughing as loud as she could. I asked for money back lady at register did not know how ?. So I left without refund passed on the food. First time going there. Last time going there. They will be OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

They take care of you no matter what people say I asked for extra crispy and it was extra crispy they also will make sure it was extra crispy before you leave cuz I check my bag and they was on point ???
