I usually always go here but but yesterday was the last time the Food was terrible gave me food poisoning I was pooping water by the next day and throwing up I highly recommend not going here

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I waited 2 hours for my CALL IN order due to the cashier giving my food to a totally different customer, and then had the audacity to be indescribably RUDE about it. She didn’t even acknowledge me waiting, it was another employee who thought to figure what happened to my order. I understand things are hard right now with employees but REMOVE THAT YOUNG LADY FROM THE FRONT END PLEASE. I didn’t receive my full order and all they had to compensate was an order of fries. Very disappointed.

I thought the place was closed when I pulled up. I ordered my food online and for pickup. Got there and they gave my food to someone else. Offered to make it again and still got my order wrong.
This was my first visit ever to a Wingstop and definitely my last visit to this location. The woman taking the orders was rude and not very friendly. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal with ranch and an 8 piece boneless wing with mild on the side and bleu cheese. I had to say 3 times I wanted boneless wings because the lady was too worried about asking the guy that walked in behind me if he was getting brownies. When the food came, the fries were very undercooked and of course the boneless wings were NOT in fact boneless. They had bones and were over done. We were charged for the bleu cheese because the lady rang in ranch as the sauce with the wings because she wasn't listening to me. She was more worried about others that came in instead of just focusing on the person trying to order. We waited entirely too long for horrible food and nothing to be done about it.

Today was me second visit. The first time I went to the location in Springdale, OH. The place was small and seemed a little run down, but we are there because we weren't close to home. Waited for a while but the food was really good. Garlic parmesan wings are great, and so is the Louisiana dry rub. This time I got the garlic parmesan chicken sandwich. It was also really good. Only problem was I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5 PM. We got there shortly before that time and gave my name. After about five minutes I was told they just dropped my fries so it would only be a few minutes. Our food came about ten minutes later. Normally not a problem but we ordered earlier to try to plan for delays as we had a commitment at 5:45. We ended up being late for it. They also didn't give us an order of celery sticks we ordered for one dish instead of fries. Food was good, though.
