Closing time is 1AM, I came in at 10PM on 7/8/25 and the manager said he had to leave and someone else would take my order but then told the employee to tell me I have to order online. I said why when I’m standing right here, they refused to take my order so I left. I would say I’m shocked but this has happened twice before, you never know when they’re going to say we’re closed and it’s only 9PM or direct CERTAIN PEOPLE to order on line like it’s 2021. The owner of the store really needs to get their employees on code, you’re just OK with your employees driving away business, very sad, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere

There was this guy there and he was amazing!!!! He was hilarious and just kept us company while we were waiting for our food! I don’t know his name but he was amazing 100/10 he deserves a raise! Like I said I don’t know who it was he was a young black male and he was just amazing!!!!

Whoever was working tonight was unbelievably rude and had an attitude problem. Worst experience ever. Will probably never go to another wingstop again because of this. Roosters is better anyway.

Customer service is excellent. Ordered online, order was sent to the wrong store. This manager took care of it. Called the other store to explain the situation and was not charged a second time.
Terrible wings got two different flavors and they tasted almost the same

I had a terrible experience in this place 0 customer service so rude i usually don’t complain about restaurant but this one is a must they really need to train there employees in having a better approach with customers cause they had terrible attitudes & they really don’t want to help customers!

This is the best Wingstop in Ciincinnati. The staff is always so attentive and you can actually sit down to eat in considering the lobby is always kept clean. Shout to Mike? (not 100% he had locs) who worked around 5:30pm on Monday nite this week! He went above and beyond to make sure our food and service was perfect!
