the man working the register was so nice i believe his name is Brandon. some of the best costumer service i’ve gotten post covid. everyone else in the store, like in the back, was also so nice too. service was swift and overall a good enough experience to leave this review. props to wingstop oakley !!

Always have a good experience at this location. I always order in the restaurant and the cashier is very nice. My food never takes long to make and always tastes super fresh. I usually get the hot honey chicken tender combo with cajun corn. The restaurant is clean and there are plenty of tables.

One of the worst wingstops I have eat at. Order my food, try to get ice out of the ice machine and it was broken if they would have told me before I would have walked out. Bad bad place to go.

DO NOT GET YOUR CHICKEN WING FIX FROM THIS PLACE!!! Their traditional wings are absolutely disgusting. If you like chewy, flavorless, rubbery chicken this is the place for you. The chicken skin was so rubbery, it was inedible! I ordered both the wet and dry versions of their traditional wings; it didn't make a difference. Both versions had the chewiest chicken skin I've ever tried to eat. It was like thick chewing gum chicken; GROSS! I could barely pull the chicken off the bone; i'm thinking what kind of elastic chicken is this? I've now dubbed this the chewing gum chicken shack, the rubber chicken chain and the elasti-chicken kitchen. Needless to say I'll be staying far the hell away from Wing Stop! Better chicken wing options try: Quaker Steak & Lube (Colerain Ave.) or Fords Garage (Norwood Madison Rd.) Note: Fords Garage has fewer wing flavors but their quality has always been GREAT!

I ordered: 10 pc wing parm/lemon pepper. Parm tastes old and it wasn’t fully cooked. Lemon pepper was SO GREASY. There were, literally, 2oz of oil underneath the lemon pepper wings. I instantly got a headache! The fries were cold, not warm, but COLD! The corn? SO GOOD!! The corn would be the only reason I’d ever go back . Thank you

They over charged me and got mad when I addressed it. And they did not put the flavoring on my tenders. I think the staff is newer because I never had this experience at other locations. Giving 1 star because on a positive note the food was hot and fresh. . . Just bland because they did not add flavor, if I wanted plain tenders I would have went to McDonald's.
