Wingstop used to be good but now the professionalism isn’t there the prices are too unnecessary I ordered 8 chicken tenders cost me $21and apparently 8 chicken tenders is a meal for 2 people idk about yall but I need at least 10 tenders or 10 wings..not only did I order 8 tenders I also ordered 20 boneless wings cost me $40 dollars and a 20 minute drive. I arrived to the wingstop at the time the person who took my on the phone order to arrive at when I got to the location my order was not ready not because they were busy but because they lost my order so it took over 1 hour to get my food not only that the quality of my fries were horrible I mean yes they were fresh out the fryer but all the fries in my orders were soggy fresh out of the fryer… so after ordering 28 pieces of chicken spending $40 dollars and driving 20 minutes I received gooey fries as if they were boiled and not fried 2 cups of dipping sauce for 28 wings and 2 large orders of fries I mean seriously who can eat 20 wings and a large fry with one dipping sauce. I used to love wingstop but since last year my experience at all 5 locations in Cincinnati have been a disappointment I mean seriously with all the advertisement you would expect their establishments to be level with chick fil a service. No longer eating at wingstop my time and money was literally wasted tonight and I’m fed up and im sure millions of us customers are..

I walked in, and before I could finish saying hello I was told that I would have to order online. I asked the employee to repeat herself, and she said if I wanted to order food I would have to do so online; she would not check me out at the register she stood in front of. I have never experienced this anywhere before.
I ordered 2 hours ago and I can’t get aholdof anyone. It told me my order was cancelled and now it’s saying it’s another half hour.Also, they told me that I would be refunded and I never was.

It’s ridiculous that I cannot place an over the phone order to pick up if it is over $20. Everyone doesn’t order online and I only have a 30 min lunch break so I need convenience and you are seriously inconvenient!!!

I placed my order online arrive 20 minutes later, no ones at the front for 10 minutes, a gentlemen finally comes up to the front in a balaclava face mask and then ask I if my orders ready. They say no, I wait some more and finally get up again after 10 minutes and they never even started my order. The place was freezing cold and the workers were just talking in the back without a care in the world.
