Stopped in for the Bahama Mama with 2 scoops of whey after my workout at Planet Fitness next door — best post-gym decision ever.

Kaylen took care of me and she was awesome from start to finish. Super friendly, smiling, and welcoming for my first visit. She even recommended some favorites to try, which I appreciated.

The smoothie itself? Delicious.
You can taste the real strawberries — no chemical aftertaste at all. The whey blended perfectly; you could barely tell it was in there, which is wild because I love knowing I’m getting that protein hit while still enjoying something sweet.

The décor is bright, vibrant, and really inviting — the kind of place that instantly feels upbeat and clean. Great atmosphere to sit, sip, and cool down after the gym.

Smooth, refreshing, sweet in all the right ways… and exactly what I needed after a solid PF session. That’s a one-two punch right there: lift, then refuel.

And no joke — as I walked out, a guy literally rolled down his window and asked, “Is it good?”

“Penn Stations subs are not the same as they used to be. They barely have any meat on them and they are not as tasty. I dont go to Penn Statiin for my subs hardly anymore. This was a different location so I thought I would give it a try but same result. Bland, dry and almost meatless“
