I LOVE THIS YAGOOT! There is a woman who works there with blonde curly hair, she’s almost always there when I go and I ALWAYS walk away smiling. She makes the 20 minute drive to yagoot that much more worth it. She is so pleasant, no matter when you go in. She also makes the best Reese’s swirl by milessssss. DON’T FORGET TO TIP!!!!

This place is so delicious!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful on what to order. They change 4 of 6 flavors every month but always keep strawberry and original. So many toppings to choose from. Sometimes the toppings are messy but that is understandable after a rush and it must be hard to keep all that stuff on there. They make it plentiful. I will return.

No gloves (fake nails). No hairnets/ hats (long hair down). no handwashing between cash/card cashier transactions & serving ice cream. Very unhygienic for food service. 🤢

The white peach pint I purchased appeared to have been eaten, I did not notice until I was home. Disgusting and unsanitary. The regular cup I purchased in the store was not filled yet I was charged full price. I was charged $17 for this 1 cup with yogurt chips and 1 pint. I am pretty sure I was overcharged. The staff were unfriendly and rude. I come often and this was my worst experience.
The yogurt is amazing, I am there quite often. The downside is their credit card machine. Was there to get 1 yogurt used the credit card machine which acted like it froze with the transaction. So they had to refresh the computer and ran my credit card again. Found out I was charged twice for 1 yogurt. The girl did not know how to refund the second charge and told me she’d have a manager call me. Wrote down my information and I have yet to receive a call or the funds for the second charge on my card. So be aware of being doubled charged because of their payment system.

Saturday night, 7pm. One employee working to serve all those customers. Poor guy. Dirty counters. I did not get any toppings because they all looked horrible. Fruit did not look fresh. Toppings all mixed together in the case. I hope the owner is making lots of money since he/she has so few workers to pay. I won’t be back. Back to Graeters we go!
