The food is good but now they barely give you any meat and sauce like they used too. They try to get you to pay for extra meat and still don't give that much meat. They literally cut the amount of meat they used to give you in half but now they charge more. Quit being greedy! Unless you want to continue to lose customers.

Use to LOVE COMING, now HATE it . They won’t give you hardly any sauce . I asked for an extra scoop and he pretended to scoop some . Paying 9.50 a plate I should at least be able to not have dry food …. Vegetables are harder than normal. Employees are nothing but rude anymore .

Chicken & Shrimp Teriyaki was excellent! We get it to go and are never disappointed. I hope this eatery moves to a store front if Eastgate Mall phases out their food court. We hear big changes are coming to the mall, so we are hoping the food court stays in place. Love this food and YES, you get a lot for the price. Try it! You will be surprised

I had low expectations for great food in a mall food court. I was pleasantly surprised! Made fresh in front of me with good portion for the money.
Paid for a 3 DOLLAR DRINK, was told I'd get a refill. When I went for one the worker shouted "1 DOLLA REFILL" in a racist fake chinise accent after having just spoken in fluent spanish to her coworker with a latina accent. They laughed at me and spoke about me to my face in their own languge and outright STOLE from me before I eventually left.
Been coming here 20+ years since i was a kid... NEVER again!!!!! Disgusting behavior and treatment.

I love this place I ate here sense I was a little kid, the extra chicken teriyaki with white rice no vegetables and sometimes shrimp. great food the people are great but they also make food in front of you I wouldn’t say that is the process how they make the food, but it shows how long it will be Or How much time it will be finished It’s cool looking at They make the food right. They also ask if you want sauce ask for 2 dips not too much cover the rice just enough. The employees are super kind and very well I seen some Training Going on cooking the food I think they teach them pretty well The place is subtle I would definitely come back here again When the mall moves, hopefully they move in the same place I do not know what’s going on with Eastgate Mall

This place has always been my go to when I want some budget friendly, filling food. I love this place. I have eaten hear for years, back when it was called Sarku and the mall was not dead. I really hope this place can transition to a strip mall or something once the mall dies out. The amount you get for the price is excellent. The flavor, freshness... it's so good. That chili sauce though, holy hell. That is spicy af. Be warned!

I been coming here for years The food is good service was horrible today bc the female worker was rude and had a attitude my 6 yr old daughter did not want taraki chicken mixed in her rice and refused to not to mix it in and made her cry all bc they wanted to charge more to not mix it in they said i had to buy it separate sad they lost my Business
