A succulent Chinese meal?
I had the pleasure of going during restraunt week and had one of best cantonese meals I have ever had. Between the pot stickers and dumplings it is impossible to say which the best thing on the menu was. Brandi absolutely killed it as a waiter and Chef Adam is a master in his field. I cannot recommend Youyu enough!

The service or lack thereof at this place was absolutely terrible. The bartender Kim was totally unprofessional rude and unorganized. The wait time was quoted less than 25mins which turned into almost a hour and the restaurant wasn’t even packed. They must be short staffed because there were like 3 managers bussing tables, doing expo and running food. One of them by the name of Joe tried to help but expedited service was non existent then when I finally received my food the flavor & portion was nice but the rice was undercooked. What a disappointment.

I recently dined at YouYu, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing compared to the standards I usually expect at Hard Rock properties.
I ordered several dishes to get a sense of the menu: fried rice, beef with broccoli, hot and sour soup, and crispy duck. Sadly, every dish fell below expectations. The fried rice lacked the fragrance, seasoning, and wok flavor that makes even a simple rice dish memorable. The beef with broccoli was underwhelming, with the beef tasting bland and the sauce lacking depth. The hot and sour soup, which should be bold and well-balanced, was thin and neither flavorful nor satisfying. The crispy duck was the biggest letdown — instead of being rich, flavorful, and crisp, it came out dry and without much taste.
Service was polite but did little to make up for the food quality. Given that this is inside a Hard Rock Hotel, I expected a higher level of execution and consistency. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the reputation or brand that Hard Rock is known for.
I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its recipes and quality control because the setting has potential, but the food as it stands does not meet the mark.

The food was great. The manager did an awesome job getting the food out and and helping in all aspects of the services and beyond.
Ordered carryout. Employees were great. Small portions for the price. This was $90 worth of food. BUT the food was absolutely amazing!

The food here was so amazing. Joe the manager made our dinner enjoyable after not so good start. He stopped by and chatted with us and super nice guy. Someone won over 10K at the casino. Just the only disappointment it wasn't me 😆

We love YouYu and our server, Maria, was fantastic. We were there recently on a very busy Friday night; however, and my daughter-in-law's Pho soup was too salty to eat. Literally like swallowing wave water from the ocean. We typically love the food but that one was not good.

Very relaxing mood. Evan was our waitress and she was very nice. We had different varieties of food to try as it was our 1st time there. The soup is huge for $16.00. I would have given 5 stars, but my food sweat & sour chicken came out way before his chicken fried rice. I was done eating when he got his food.

Walking up to the place, people are standing around, looks like everyone is waiting on food. I stand there for a few minutes, never greeted or anything, so I order at the kiosk which I figured was convenient so whatever. I'm waiting at one of the tables and a nice waitress comes up and I let her know I already ordered, I didn't even know they had waitresses, but let her know that the next time I come I'll make sure to order at the table
I wait around for a while when a woman comes up and asks my name, and says "oh, I have your order ready." I pick up my order and head back to the table. As soon as I sit down, a very rude older woman, possibly a manager of some sort, comes over to me and says that I can't eat there since I placed a "to go" order. There's no signs or anything. I apologize, stating that I was unaware since this was my first time here. She says, "well, that's why I'm letting you know now." Wow, really? She also says that they get in trouble if they let people eat there when placing a to-go order. Mind you, the kiosk doesn't give an option to select dine-in or carry-out.
I'm very irritated right now as I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot garage eating and writing this. I literally pay $57 for some food and get told I can't sit there and eat it. The picture is of the $17 General Tso's Chicken, and there's almost nothing there, like 12 small pieces of chicken. Ridiculous! I planned on playing more after I ate, but had I known that I couldn't eat there, I would have just stopped and grabbed something to eat on my way home. The food isn't much different than I could get at Panda Express or some other cheap restaurant for a small fraction of the price.
Hard Rock is trying to entice away High Rollers from Caesars, and up until now, they have been doing a pretty good job getting me to drive out here from Indianapolis, but I promise that I will never stop foot in this restaurant again!
I hope someone from Hard Rock actually reads this and takes appropriate action. I really don't like complaining, but the service industry has gone way downhill lately and I refuse to drive 2 hours and put my money into a casino that treats people like this, regardless of who they are or what their status may be. I never told anyone my status, and you would never know that I put over $2 million into Caesars last year, but it shouldn't matter. Treat your customers right or we will go somewhere else.
