I bought Jeebu Jën here but I don’t think what they give me was Jeebu Jën. They just put rice with fish and legumes and call it Jeebu Jën. Or maybe it was cooked days ago before they sell it to me because the taste was not right

I lived in Dakar for a while and this was amazing, very familiar taste. Food was amazing, friendly service, highly recommend checking this place out! The Thiebou Yapp slaps and it is what I would recommend.
I came and got beef and rice they gave me chicken said they was closing so I waited the next day they gave me some fish in a hot pocket but it was cold and sitting there I paid for beef such a disappointment and bad customer service

It was expensive for two small pieces of lamb. The menu said white rice. I got brown. No real flavor. Very disappointed

The best food for ever, great costumers services
First time trying Senegalese food and I had an awesome experience from start to finish. The girl working at the front desk was extremely polite and gave me a great recommendation of the foods I should order.
All of the food was delicious a lot of the food I got was oniony but the spices accompanied with it made each dish unique!
The plantains were also awesome as a side item which I wasn't sure if I'd even like because I hate the flavor of banana but they tasted more like a pastry more than anything else.
I think it was great and you get so much for what you pay for. Will definitely be back!!!
I went there with my father and they were doing remodeling and still open. Not even 5 minutes in there. I had sawdust in my mouth, had a child behind the counter coughing and looked disgusting, especially if you go to the bathrooms got the food and left. Went home and tried it. Father took a few bites and It was disgusting The couscous fell flat The lamb was actually mutton and it was overcooked and burnt on the outside and slimy on the inside The onions were Cold My father went and put Listerine in his mouth to get the taste out and that didn't even work completely. Not to mention The smell reeks everywhere My dad had to wash his hands five times to get the smell out and when driving to pick up my brother we could still smell in the car even though it wasn't even a 5-minute drive back to the house and total. This restaurant is disgusting and probably needs to have a health code brought up against it

0/10 I don’t recommend I got egusi fufu and it tasted like gravy. I’ve had authentic egusic and that was just not it, it was basically gravy with some fatty piece of meat that wasn’t even chewable. Waste of money threw it all away and I’m pregnant at work that’s all I wanted was some good food and it was not giving.
THE YOUNG MEN THERE REFUSED TO SERVE ME AND MY NIGERIAN FRIEND. I was very hurt. They laughed at us after turning us away. Would not even acknowledge our presence. Nigerians please avoid this place. Americans, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.
