Zundo Ramen & Donburi Red Bank

I love take away and the fact I can get a bowl of ramen this good to eat at home is unreal. I order the vegetarian ramen and husband gets the spicy miso ramen, we’re always so happy with our food here. It’s a monthly rotation for us! Quick service, customizable and consistently delicious!

Suburban outpost of the cool downtown Zundo. Outside doesn't look like much, but inside is a bar with a wide selection and an Asian-cool vibe. Light fixtures are shaped like matcha whisks.
Gyoza were nice. The chicken bun was tasty, with crispy, flavorful thigh meat and excellent mayo sauce.
Spicy ramen got 2 thumbs up.
My Tonkatsu ramen had a nice rich broth, not too salty. Egg cooked perfectly.
The place was empty at 8 on a Saturday night, which makes me sad. I hope they get enough traffic to stay open.

Had a decent experience here. Ramen was a little bland until added extra seasoning. I would say way too many bean sprouts, had just as much bean sprouts as ramen in the bowl. Staff is very quiet and seem unsure when taking orders. Found it weird there was no music, just the hum of the refrigerator. Art and decor look great.

The service here is very odd. They seem annoyed to have dine in guests. Drinks never refilled, and takes a long time to get the check. (Multiple occasions) I prefer the downtown location for friendlier service. The food is always great though, no matter which location.

Finally found high-quality and affordable ramen in the Cincinnati area. The tan tam ramen stood out with delicious broth and fresh add-ins, and house made noodles were excellent!
