Great place to catch a game with friends or family, but every BW3 I go to must be saving the wing sauce for something else, cause my boneless wings are always scantily covered

I got to bdubs around 19:45 thinking 40-45min I can get a quick 6 wings and get out bc I had somewhere I needed to be, to find it not too busy, and a guy cleaning the floor stating the only place I could sit is at the bar or high tops bc the floor waitresses were cut. Fine. I sat at a high top for roughly 10min before my waitress greeted me and I introduced myself. I asked to try the two new sauces so she rang it in. 5min later a man walked over and tossed a tray on my table and stated “here it is” and walked away, rude but alright. 15min after that my waitress comes back, and I order 6 wings, nothing more. 15more minutes go by and my waitress has disappeared, and I had to go so I try to find her for 5min to ask how long it will be and just get it to go so I can eat it after I get where I’m going. Finally I get up and ask another waitress at the drink station to cash me out. She asked where I sat and I pointed to what table I was at. She asked if the food was good and I stated that the food never came, so she said don’t worry about it. I replied with “no, I want to pay for it, and yall can just give it to another vet” and she said “ummm she never rang that food in”, so I gave her $8 cash for the drink, sample sauces/fries, and helping me and left. Yes, I understand it’s vet day. No I didn’t come for free wings, I just came for wings and was planning on paying for it and tipping well for my waitress having to work that night instead of being home with her family. I have never had this happen before, and I was more disappointed than anything with the quality of service, and the lack of communication and interaction. I’m not sure if I’ll make the trip to this bww anymore, but I hope no one else experiences this.
