El Palomar is my favorite restaurant of all time. I grew up eating there and the staff has watched me grow up. I've had birthdays, my graduation dinner, and my acceptance letter into college all happened there. Carlos Sr is one of the kindest people I've ever met in my entire life. We popped by El Palomar for some food to eat on the way back to Cincinnati on the strength of all the good reviews on here, and it really is good. There was some initial confusion with the order, which the staff were very nice about, but when it all got sorted out, the food was really excellent. This is the best Mexican and Mexican American restaurant in town. All others might look better inside but have no good food. The salon might be ready for an update but I think keeping it as is is helping them keep prices under control. Gracias por la buena comida El Palomar.
