Let me start by saying I’ve never experienced this kind of customer service at a Burger King before ,this store manager should be ashamed.Its a level 2 outside and I ordered Uber Eats been then decided I would just go pick it up I would just drive slow .Upon arrival they say they don’t have it I show them on the app it says it’s ready.So she goes to get her manager and he starts to argue with me and tells me to order it again and I say but it says it’s ready so another girl comes to window and says she gave it to someone else I then tell this Seth guy to remake it and he argues with me he then shuts the window and another girl comes to the window resembling Roseanne Bar but I do not see her name and she argues with me I try to explain to her I did not come out in a level two just for fun to please remake my food she argues with me as well.I then tell her the customer is always right that I will just sit and wait so she calls the cops.i will never again go to that Burger King again and people who work here need to learn how to treat customers.

They said they gave my $30 pick up order away to someone else and refused to make my order even tho I had the Uber eats app order open on my phone ready for pick up and showed them

Just got number 1 with cheese had one person in front waited 10 minutes to get down road and have the hardest stalest hard bun smh can't even make a damn sandwich no pride in there work

Don't go to the BK on 23 in Circleville. How do you mess up a whole order not once but twice??
Then toss the 2nd mess up on the counter with an attitude. Horrible management & staff that's not sure what's going on at all. Fast service but only because it's all WRONG.
I wouldn't waste my time going there BUT if you do - Don't leave till you check everything from the food right down to the straws OH ya check the pop also. Ours was watered down coke & sprite.

They over charged me 9 dollars then wouldn't give me my money back.. they said because I left they dont have to give it back.. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and the said because I didn't call 3 chicken sandwiches a trio it's not 3 sandwiches and charged me $6 each instead of 3 or $7 the staff were mocking and nasty.. they give buger king a bad name.. and the employees were afraid to talk to the manger and were there arguing about who had to ask her about the refund we were requesting.. not professional.. I will be taking my business elsewhere.. Id like to add that I was not even ordering for myself.. it was for my sister that had a stroke.. so I was picking it up for her.. so they just stole from a stroke disabled person.. and clam that is their policy..

Sent my wife to get 3 chicken sandwiches and when she got home the receipt shows 3 chickens 16.47 when I said should have been 7.00 trio went back to Burger explained ourself management disreguarded us as trash and wasting there time they said since she paid it they dont have to refund it I will not be doing business there anymore and will suggest to friends family and local news that they will fraudulently represent and mock you for it worst experience ever its a shame for a company to allow this

Eating in tv is extremely loud. Freezing cold inside so bundle up . So employees are yelling over the loud tv .

The food is fine but they’re ALWAYS blasting Fox News. We stop here when we are traveling but are going to find a new place to eat. Another couple turned off the television because they were sitting with a child and it was inappropriate content and volume for a fast food restaurant. The manager got pissy and stomped off. Also there was another manager working who was just screaming at the kitchen staff that they were slow. Some guy was waiting on a mobile order for like 20 minutes and they were actively making fun of him behind the counter. Super weird experience. The food is always decent though but the inside atmosphere is wild.

We had stopped In around 5pm ish. On 11/16/25. A couple of people inline before us. Everyone got their food very quickly. The evening staff was very polite and funny. As we sat and ate inside we was listening to the crew, very very impressed with the communication between them and how fast and accurate they was getting the orders out. Our food was very good and hot. The inside of the Burger King was very clean.

Went threw here last night an the girl at the window did not have a bra on was discussing I ordered 3 chicken sandwich’s an a wooper jr one of the chicken sandwiches did not even have chicken on it one had mayonnaise on the back of the chicken sandwich with lettuce an they all was over flowing with mayonnaise I went in an told the manger an that floor was so nasty an she acted like nothing was even wrong take your business somewhere elise 😩

Had to pull around and wait 15 min to get my now cold family bundle, and each bite of the whopper was different , all pickles ,alltomato, an entire slice of onion on one, come on get it together BK employees that jobs not that hard to do. Well let's add to this,,, them another chance because my son likes the chicken sandwich. So after a long day of tough farm work , I'd treat him to the meal, so we brush off and jump in the truck and drive 15 min to Burger King,place our order well that meal is only if you had some coupon,so we order the meals ,wait another 20 min, get our order and head back to the house. We get home and start passing out everyone's meals and low and behold no chicken sandwich meal . So 1 hour ,$40 later and they failed miserably once again, at this location crew and management can't perform simple task such as order fulfillment. I travel all over Ohio and eat at all sorts of fast food and revive exceptional service which I gladly praise when I do. Burger King,,,I like your food better than McDs but this location ,you better check your order ,they're getting free meals or cashing in on not giving your food to you. I did call back immediately and they said I could drive all the way back in and pick up the chicken meal cause it was still sitting on the counter. Do your job!!!

Within a half hour I was there twice the first time I ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and when I got home and open them and try to take a bite I couldn't even get through the biscuit because it was so rock hard and then when I went back in to replace them I'm pretty sure they gave me the exact same sandwiches back because they were bricks again. I think it's time to contact some sort of corporate office or higher up and try and get these morning rejects replaced. Absolutely disgusting and absolutely ridiculous, zero pride in their work
