I ordered a chicken bowl and it was practically all lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes. I got the normal portions for those but the rice, beans and chickens were half scoops. The person in front of me got full scoops the only other difference was the person that made them.

Just went through and they can't even follow instructions. I don't eat sour cream but go through and ask light sour cream for my wife and get home and there is more sour cream then anything else. Ridiculous and not spending another dollar there. Hardly any rice chicken but tons of supposed be light sour cream

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before came to this location, never been before. I asked for rice, they gave me barely half of a scoop, i asked for more and was ignored. I asked for extra chicken and got probably 12 pieces total, i said something about the portions being skimpy and they rolled their eyes at me and looked at eachother but said nothing. I only had a short time while this was my lunch break so unfortunately i didn't have time to go elsewhere or i would have left right then and there. I will never return to this location and you would think with so many reviews about them skimping paying customers something would be done to change this. I added a photo of my bowl that is supposed to have extra chicken and rice lol as you can see it hardly covers the bottom of the bowl. Sad.

This place is going downhill in a hurry. Just left without ordering.. no white rice, no black beans, no fajita. Also all the tables were dirty and an employee was spraying cleaning chemicals directly beside people that were eating. It was the worst I've ever seen. Shocked the general manager hasn't been fired!

You really can't go wrong with Chipotle. It's very consistent with quality. Quantity may change depending on who's serving, but generally they get you right. The location varies price, but again, quality always hits.

I ordered a Burrito Bowl through door dash today, knew I was taking a risk because this location ALWAYS skimps deliveries. It came as no surprise when my food arrived for me to notice it was HALF a serving. I DO NOT recommend this location to ANYBODY, DoorDash or in person this location never ceases to disappoint. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB as well as get in contact with City Officials to see if anything further can be done to ensure that this doesn’t keep happening to paying customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
The portions are terrible and they don’t even try to hide it. Genuine waste of my money.
