I ordered two pizzas from the Circleville, Ohio location because my husband and I have 4 kids- when the pizza is delivered the cheese pizza has been dropped and half of it is missing from the box and the other pizza is soggy and tastes awful. I usually love Donatos but this is ridiculous..I called for a refund, the manager said they don't do refunds and offered to trade out the dropped pizza- that I didn't even realize yet was half missing- within half an hour.
