The Circleville Hardee's location is not run very well. I stopped for lunch today - there was one car in the drive thru and one customer at the counter when I went in. No one in the dining room. There were at least six employees on duty. The man at the counter seemed to have been waiting a while for his food, as he was already frustrated. u special order ur food and it's not made right and then u hear employee say I they want extra they need to pay for it and sorry u need to train ur employee better on register and get them to listen to what they order everytime I have been in there they mess up my food then when I come back they complain sorry I love hardees but nit happy with the service

no management on site slow service all employees seemed bother by customers complaining about their food an service....... THIS STORE NEEDS A INTERVENTION...... for the price you pay you shouldn't have to wait 25mins or better for your order, mind you besides my wife an I there were 4 other customers waiting on there wrong or cold or missed food.... THEN IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND THEY WON'T DO IT FOR WHATEVER REASONS....
