I ord'd my chocolate milk shake made with chocolate ice cream. They are ALWAYS great here to get you what you want. Only issue I have is the chocolate ice cream is barely chocolate. I have asked why &?they stated it how it is ord'd If that's so pls order it darker to taste more like chocolate. If this keeps up i will have to ask for chocolate syrup to be added.
We were here twice and we had issues with employees both times. The first time the girl couldn't get our order correct even after repeating it numerous times. There were 2 of us, she couldn't understand that we were ordering for 3. She kept just wanting to give us 2 of the items we wanted. Second time the girl took our orders quickly (we all went separately so they didn't get confused this time). She gave my sister my milk shake and gave me the blizzard (not a big problem). Outdoor seating only. Took a decent amount of time to get our order taken at the walk-up window even though we were the only ones in line and no one in the drive-through. Had a least a handful of staff members, so I don't think that was the issue but could have been. Order was wrong but they corrected it. Overall, I prefer and have had better experiences at other locations.
