I got food poisoning wirh my order of a club sub last week. And corporate doesn't even bother to return a phone call. Spent 24 hours vomiting...Missed work all bc of someone else's laziness & lack of care about their job. Im now on day 6 of waiting for corporate to contact me as they said they would. I will never order again

I ordered a BLT with onion and a Regular GF Italian with Mustard, Oil and Tomato. We received a BLT with no lettuce, tomato or mayo with one piece of onion. And the Italian only had ham on it, no other meats.

Usually quiet, fast service. Awesome subs. I go back and forth whether Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's is the best ...it's a tie in my opinion.

My wife and I have ordered subs from here for the past few years. At first they were phenomenal. Over the last year every time my order is wrong. I normally order a giant sub double meat and make 2 meals out of it. There is never double meat on the sub. I have to ask them to confirm that they did do double meat. The answer is always yes. I get home and there is barely any meat on the sub. I have called the restaurant several times. Sometimes they answer sometimes they don't. If you don't mind wasting money on your food, by all means visit this location.
