The worker were so impatient with me. First I asked if I could take a few minutes to review the menu, the worker then said ok well we are pretty busy so please hurry up… whatever. Then I ordered my food and asked if I can get it toasted, he then proceeded to say that he can only toast sandwiches with two types of meat. So I had to get a cold sandwich.

I pulled up over an hour before they closed a week or so before this posting. All the lights were on, however, as soon as I pulled into my parking spot right in front of the door. The employees both ducked below the counter. Umm what? I thought maybe they dropped something, but i got out and what do you know, the door was locked. They did not stand up when I pulled on the door, and I got back in my car and left. Hard to give a review when staff hide from customers towards the end of their day. This was not a misinterpretation of what happened. It was clear what they did. I was more stunned than angry, and now I think it's just laughable. If you are able to get in the door during the scheduled operating hours, I'm sure they make a good sandwich.

My subs came wrong . No toppings on one and the other one was soggy lettuce and no toppings as well. Call the store and the manager had an attitude and would help me out. I own a local restaurant and would be applaud if my service and quality of food came out like it did . I will not be recommended anyone to this store again. Very dissatisfied!!

I went to the circleville location for their new picklewhich. This is the third time in a week I’ve gone because I have a gluten allergy and it’s something I can eat. The first two times I went the younger gentlemen was kind and made my food first and on a separate cutting board and took all precautions to prevent cross contamination. Today I went and the middle aged female with tattoos took my order. I asked her if she could make my food on a clean station to which she just stared at me and scoffed. I then reiterated that I have celiac disease and can’t have certain foods coming in contact with mine. She looked at my fiancé and asked what he wanted to which he stated he still didn’t know. The female grabbed bread from her previous order and threw it down saying “well I can’t serve you until he decides” to which I stated “don’t worry about it we will go somewhere else if you are going to treat me that way” as I was walking out she began to yell at me saying “I wasn’t even being rude”. As someone with a severe allergy I found it very inappropriate that the staff was so rude over something I can’t control. All I was asking was for clean utensils and new gloves to be used when preparing my order.

i ordered 1 item. literally one item. Drive thru lady was insanely rude! Complained and was mad because she couldn’t understand me, which i understand that but why be rude? everytime i come here the employees are so rude it’s insane. i work at fast food myself, it’s not hard to be nice.

Jacob, Manager in Charge and Kelsey, Assistant Manager were awesome! They prepared me a nice, clean, and tightly wrapped giant sandwich. They added just the right amount of mayonnaise, Italian dressing, and other condiments. They both greeted me with a genuine smile and they were happy to help!

Everytime I order a ham sub before noon they put turkey on it instead of ham everytime I order a #17 I just wanna know how dumb you have to be to put turkey instead of ham on something that’s literally called porker they don’t even look the same happens multiple
