This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever dealt with or communicated with. I would highly recommend you avoid this store if at all possible. Ordered a larger order for our team - we have never had an issue at any other JJ - only to be told they could not fulfill our order. I was traveling with a team and then had to find alternate food just before our game which was very challenging. We ordered the food for pickup 2.5 hours later - so they had plenty of time to fulfill the order.

Rude employees, for zero reason. I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave a bad review for food like how embarrassing, but when you’re yelling at people over the headset and cocking an attitude because you don’t like your job, I’m not really inclined to showing grace. Also I like the owner’s comments under every bad review addressing the same issue/employees, and nothing is obviously done.

My husband and I (used to) come here frequently and never had any issues in the past, but we’ll never come back now. Sat and waited forever before someone greeted us at the drive thru to take our order, and the lady had zero customer service skills. I ordered a turkey slim, and they gave me what was pictured. We went back through and showed them what they gave us and they looked at us like we had 2 heads. Didn’t offer to remake it or anything just said “that’s a slim.” We threw our food away because we weren’t confident in eating it at that point with the attitude that girl had.

Upon arriving at the Circleville Jimmy John’s this evening we were greeted at 8:30 with a locked door. upon being ignored for several minutes once someone did come out into the store. We were then told at 8:35 PM They were closed for the evening. I then proceeded to walk back to my car pick up my phone and place a call in order to which I was granted the ability and the option to do so. Is it common practice that you shut down early for your lobby and have your call in orders come to a dark unlit drive-through to pick up their order at this location . Never had a problem in Dublin.

Witnessed some bigger girl with piercings in the side of her face hitting a guy in her work uniform !!! Who goes out of their way to go hurt someone in their work uniform ??? You need to get your priorities in check !! Sad to say jimmy johns needs some better employees who are not BEATING people up ON the CLOCK . Very unprofessional not very demure . Seek the mental help you clearly need girl !! Grow up !!

The worker were so impatient with me. First I asked if I could take a few minutes to review the menu, the worker then said ok well we are pretty busy so please hurry up… whatever. Then I ordered my food and asked if I can get it toasted, he then proceeded to say that he can only toast sandwiches with two types of meat. So I had to get a cold sandwich.

I pulled up over an hour before they closed a week or so before this posting. All the lights were on, however, as soon as I pulled into my parking spot right in front of the door. The employees both ducked below the counter. Umm what? I thought maybe they dropped something, but i got out and what do you know, the door was locked. They did not stand up when I pulled on the door, and I got back in my car and left. Hard to give a review when staff hide from customers towards the end of their day. This was not a misinterpretation of what happened. It was clear what they did. I was more stunned than angry, and now I think it's just laughable. If you are able to get in the door during the scheduled operating hours, I'm sure they make a good sandwich.
