Well to start with had to make two trips back in,because I was missing items. That should of been a clue on how everything else was going to go. We got individual size portions in the large containers even though we ordered large ones. The chicken was dry, cold, and nasty tasting. The biscuits were the worse . I couldn't even get a fork in one because it was harder than a rock, infact every one of them were hard. The coleslaw tasted of chemicals. There is no way I would serve that to paying customers. This is unacceptable. This KFC could do a lot better!! I felt robbed! I paid over 33 bucks for food that could not even be eaten! 🤢🤮

Coleslaw was dry there was no slaw mixture. And I paid 12 bucks for 2 wing dings they were old with no meat on them fat and skin one bite and gone. That's how small the chicken was.

Clean. Professional-ish staff. Wait times excessive. REALLY excessive. Even if it’s not busy in there don’t be fooled. Plan on waiting at least 20 minutes for your order, with no warning, explanation, or apology. It is just how they roll. Best to avoid this location. And, there are no posted ways to contact anyone to provide feedback.

Phil robbed by a corporation running through the drive-thru or the K4 which happens to be a three chicken strip meal and this is what I'm served it's clearly garbage and I'm tired of dealing with a corporation walking over the little man so I guess I won't be returning to this location it didn't give me a receipt or anything so they made it to where I couldn't fill out a survey on their end or make it easy to call corporate to complain about the meal On top of it the meal says on the sign that it's only $8.99 and apparently I'm charged a $1.02 for tax I'd like to know where the extra dollars going to

The young lady was wonderful and gave me extra plates and everything that I needed to take to the hospital for my father was a very good experience.Thank you , and even told me to tell my father get well soon.

Biscuits were horrible...zi had a hard time even breaking them in half. Was sorted a piece of chocken...had to go up and ask twice. Was supposed to be white meat...finally brought it out was a wing ?? Won't be back .

Experience sucked fries, nasty, and soggy hush puppies hard as a rock fish nasty smelly would not recommend eating here
Absolutely terrible experience, high prices. Waiting in drive thru lane for 20 minutes, they forgot some of the food. Fries were off color, hard and disgusting. Soda had no ice, biscuits were hard, mac and cheese was cold. Terrible. Always have a bad experience at this restaurant

I ordered the Tuesday Special... 6 thighs and 2 Drumsticks. When I checked my bucket, there were 5 Drumsticks and 3 thighs. If you don't want to provide what the Customer wants, don't offer it ! What a waste of my time
