Biscuits were horrible...zi had a hard time even breaking them in half. Was sorted a piece of chocken...had to go up and ask twice. Was supposed to be white meat...finally brought it out was a wing ?? Won't be back .

Absolutely terrible experience, high prices. Waiting in drive thru lane for 20 minutes, they forgot some of the food. Fries were off color, hard and disgusting. Soda had no ice, biscuits were hard, mac and cheese was cold. Terrible. Always have a bad experience at this restaurant

I ordered the Tuesday Special... 6 thighs and 2 Drumsticks. When I checked my bucket, there were 5 Drumsticks and 3 thighs. If you don't want to provide what the Customer wants, don't offer it ! What a waste of my time

This location staff has a serious counting issue. The last 3 times I’ve been there they can seem to count past 8. I order 12 piece bigger meal and only got 8 and they didn’t give me the biscuit. Also got a chicken tender meal and of course I was 3 tenders short and the tenders I did get was basically hard breading with barely any chicken son them…Don’t expect to get what you order if you order from this location. If you go inside the music is so loud you can’t hear yourself talk and I don’t think they have heat as it’s an ice box in there in the winter time. If you try to call the store GOODLUCK as they will not answer but maybe the can’t hear the phone ring due to how loud the music is. I’d avoid this location at all cost!

Got a 20 piece bucket and got 9 thighs 2 wings and 9 legs .asked cashier how many breast was in 20 piece when I ordered and she said around 5. When we got home to eat and 0 breast. I also ordered 2 chicken sandwiches ,tried one and chicken was too tough so threw it out and other sandwich I will wait to throw out for trash day

Absolutely horrible!!! The team that was working today all needs to find different jobs!! I could have been just as rude as you today or worse!! I told myself before I left to Black Friday shop I wouldn’t be like ppl like you!!! If it wasn’t for us your customers you wouldn’t have a job!!! I worked at a LJS and A&W for 13 years!!! I would have never let my employees talk to a customer like you did today!! And my family was the only ppl in the restaurant so you wasn’t busy!!!!!!!! We will never be back here!!! Plus we couldn’t even eat our chicken tenders or fries!!!
