Greasy mop water has entire restaurant and restroom floors slippery. Floor in grill area filthy. Soda fountain malfunctioning and making mess on floor. Staff headbanging to music instead of paying attention to customers. Food was hot fresh and yummy but my order has to be asked for as they forgot it

This place has good food but...I was in the drive though for at least 12-15 mins waiting for them to take my order and no one did. This was the only thing I was craving and had to have it to eat. So I went inside and they finally took my order and said they were short staffed. I still don't feel that is an excuse to have me wait all that time so that's why their getting this review.

Very nice place. Cook jason was very nice and did his job well. Candie a asst Manger is always helpful. And cashier Anna is sweet as could be. I recommend them all for a raise .

Someone should do Circleville a favor and bulldoze this place. They have the slowest, rudest incompetent service along with the smallest portions of this chain. They admit never having any sweetness for their unsweet tea. Obviously they don't want people who have diabetes there. Don't bother to request malt vinegar or sauce for the they don't have it. Count on standing in line forever even with no one in front of you and your child with grow up while watching for your order. Forget about the drive thru the wait is long and accuracy doesn't exist. Their KFC side is just as bad. Do the public a favor and doze this place.Run fast and far from this place.

This is the absolute worst LJS I have ever been to. They couldn't get the order right. The fish and chicken were barely warm and both were tough like leather. The fries were repulsive. It took them forever to make up the order, so I thought it might be worth the wait. Never again.
