The order was right. Food was hot, and exactly what you would expect for this franchisee . My only complaint is the wait time. I have visited this location multiple times and know not to be in a rush. Although the name implies fast food, it's not. They might be preparing your food on a per order basis. idk. Same great place just longer wait times than expected.
The woman at the drive-thru was extremely nice but the food seemed, for lack of a better word, old. Plus, why would Long John's change their fries? I understand changing up the menu but not the fries!
Greasy mop water has entire restaurant and restroom floors slippery. Floor in grill area filthy. Soda fountain malfunctioning and making mess on floor. Staff headbanging to music instead of paying attention to customers. Food was hot fresh and yummy but my order has to be asked for as they forgot it
