Great visit to this McDonald’s on December 28, 2025 around 7PM. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Burgers and fries were perfect. Place is clean, modern, and family-friendly with a great playground that kept our two little kids happy. Service was quick and friendly. The only issue: a group of other kids (one tall one especially) threw ice at our table three times. I even heard him say “take some ice” before hurling it at my aunt. They also made racial remarks toward a family member, then ran out the door. This made us feel uncomfortable during what should’ve been a relaxed meal. Better playground monitoring and quicker staff response would help keep it safe and welcoming for families. Still a solid location with strong positives. Food and setup deliver. Hope they address this. 4 stars.

Cant rate the food because Tonya doesnt know how to do her job and took my money but canceled my order cause she said it wasn't paid. Showed her where they took my money, she said she didnt know what to tell me and walked away. Whoever is the franchise owner, get your employees cause they are crap. She had 4 kids crying and didnt get their dinner. Didn't even attempt to figure it out just said I dont know what to tell you. Im still missing money, and havent got the service or product I paid for. 0 out of 10 go to south bloomfield not this one.

Food was fine, better than a lot of McDonald's ive been to, but the bathroom, even as soon as they opened, was pretty bad! Friendly service, but they were more worried about cleaning the clean parking lot than the restroom. One time visit, can't say its always like that!
